房間老舊，對面酒吧半夜很吵，早餐還不錯

酒店與火車站之距離以步行計大概10-15分鐘，酒店與方塊屋等熱門景點都在步行的距離內。房間寬闊、光線充足、隔音一般，員工有善有問必答，早餐尚可；酒店附近有食肆、超市和購物都在咫尺。

地點附近很好逛,服務人員非常親切,唯一缺點是沒冷氣,夏天入住會熱

非常棒及舒適的旅館！從很多小地方都能感受到旅館的用心 乾淨且安全 即使沒有空調也不覺得悶熱 雖然是有年代的旅館了 但一點也不覺得破舊 服務人員都很有禮貌及友善 交通便利 能徒步走到各個景點 附近有很多商店街及餐廳 很值得推薦的旅館 有機會還會再來住

The location is perfect and room is clean.

在市區的交通很方便，也有服務叫計程車接送到車站，很不錯。 餐廳食物也很喜歡，有現榨汁機耶，水準很不賴。櫃台先生很帥服務態度也很好，可惜忘了拍合照了，哈哈。

浴室排水管阻塞，飯店無法完全修好,但也不能給我們換房間，感覺很糟。 早餐很好，負責的女士人很親切。

位置相當好無論行定搭tram都好快到，酒店位於市中心，交通好方便去市口心定去小孩堤坊都唔難，早餐唔錯，服務很好，房間很新淨

酒店离中心车站有些远。比较老。网上订单时已付款，并有银行扣款通知，不知怎么退房时酒店又让刷了一次卡。一头雾水！

Perfect location, next to tram station and it takes only 5 mins to centraal station. Nice and warm service from main desk. Comfy bed and clean bathroom.

Hotel Emma is located at the city center hence very convenient, tram station is in front of the hotel,security is absolutely not an issue as police station is aside. Parking at the hotel is only 13 euro / night and you may even leave you car for couple hours after check out. Although no air condition in the room but there is a ceiling fan so the venitlation is ok. The only concern is every time when I get back to room, there is a slight odour from the toliet! By the way, the hotel's boss is nice and Handsome!
