我之前住过这家酒店很多次，但这次真的让我很失望，尤其是这次我还带着妈妈和孩子出差。我预订的是一张大床房，结果他们给了我两张单人床，我想可能是因为我入住晚了，所以没有空房了。而且前台的工作人员都很不专业，没有笑容，也没有问候。吃完晚饭回到房间，发现浴室天花板漏水，就像照片里那样。我打电话给总机投诉，他们说会给我换房间，但维修人员告诉我这是空调故障，他正在尝试修理，应该没问题。后来他确实修好了，也道了歉，还让客房服务一直打扫到晚上11点多，所以我也没说什么。谁知道第二天晚上我下班回到酒店，同样的事情又发生了。这次我打电话给前台要求换房间，他们只是说好的，连句道歉都没有，服务真是太差了。早餐也不怎么样。

The room so small, and soo dark. Paid Rm 290, but the breakfast only for one person. The services and facilities not suitable with the price. I will not repeat to stay in this hotel.

When I enter the room, the room itself was spacious and neat. As I was staying at the 11th floor, the view was very nice. The hotel personnel was friendly and helpful as well. Overall I enjoy my stay at the hotel.
