It was comfortable, clean, friendly staff, well positioned to explore Falkirk, Glasgow,Edinburgh

Good sized clean modern room and comfy bed. Plenty of free car parking on street outside. Room reasonably priced too. Only downside for me was no air con or fans in room which didn’t help when I stayed on one of the hottest nights of the year but don’t let this put you off. Good value for the money paid especially last minute :) would still use again.

No bar or restaurant open with no prior notice from the Hotel. Very poorly decorated, shower tray overflowed into bathroom floor. Not sure how this hotel scored 8.2 in it current state!

No bar or restaurant as advertised, poor location in residential area. However the room was clean and comfortable.

Check in was great, friendly staff. However the bed was one of the most uncomfortable mattress’ I’ve ever slept on. Well by it’s date, basically a bag of springs. My back is still hurting. Place was immaculately clean and free parking was a bonus. No chef was available so no onsite eating but shops were local enough.

We booked this hotel as it was near the places we wanted to go and see, it was a very quiet and friendly hotel. The staff were amazing and the room was clean and spacious. The bed was so comfy I could have fallen asleep for days 😴

This hotel is a hidden gem, do not be put off staying here by the address. It is very comfortable and friendly, the staff are great. We would happily stay here again !

Stay clear it’s like a deserted block of flats in an awful area I didn’t stay I left ! Parking is on a council estate block of run down flats definitely not secure I refused to leave my vehicle here as it didn’t feel safe Arrived hotel in deserted in darkness all locked up at 1.30pm had to wait for reception to open at 5.30pm ! No chance I left and went to grange manor !!!!!

Emma on the front desk is lovely and very welcoming. My room was spotless and the decor was modern as per the website. Due to COVID the hotel is not doing breakfasts but are providing pack lunches. I have dietary requirements so it was really good when Scott the chef came out to meet me and discuss what I could have. My pack lunches thereafter were the envy of my training colleagues who were staying at other hotels. The only negative about this hotel is the outside of it which needs to be updated but once through the front door a warm welcome awaits.

Brilliant Value, staff were lovely and could not do enough for you. Especially Stacey. Great find and we are so glad we booked on the spur of the moment. Will be visiting again sooon. Thanks x

Great place staff were the best. Covenantally located foe side trips and easy access to trains to head to Edinburgh. Great food/breakfast. Highly recommended this place to anyone traveling in Scotland

Terrible odour in room and room was small compared to other hotels I have stayed in. The receptionist was very pleasant
