环境一流，位置稍微有点偏。但是整体感觉还是很好，性价比不错；、

Big and beautiful hotel which located between the waterfall park and the city centre. There are swimming pool, spa, nice backyard and restaurant. If you only want to visit the waterfall, it will be a good choice for you because it is quite close to waterfall. But the staff told lies to me and my friend about the price of taxi from the hotel to airport. It's about 250 pesos instead of 150 pesos that they told us.

Terrible bed, broken shower base ,no restaurant and nothing near ,old ,smelly air conditioning broken .

Room was clean, staff helpful, food terrible. Hotel is showing its age but was clean and pleasant. Having to go to the pool snack bar for food and drink not ideal, and the food was awful.

Great hotel in a great location. Staff were super friendly and very helpful

Premises are in a state of disrepair . Carpets worn, faded and stained. Towels ragged, ratty, and inadequate. Buffet breakfast just adequate. No restaurant available and only uninspired snacks offered during the day. The place is isolated and one has to take a taxi to find dinner Service. The « spa » is a joke with a broken jacuzzi. Avoid this dump at all costs.

Friendly staff, restaurant options very poor

Close to the airport. Close to the waterfalls park. Rio de Uruguay bus stops right in front of the hotel (and drops off across the street. The restaurant has great food. If you are looking for a hotel with spacious rooms, near the airport/park, and with food on site then this hotel is perfect. My room was spacious, but the bathroom needed to be updated. No big deal.

It was challenging as no one spoke English and communicating anything was very hard.

Salvo a simpatia da recepcionista Keila, no mais tudo foi extremamente decepcionante! Uma pena ver um hotel em local tão bonito, completamente descuidado. Muito, muito sujo! Precisando de manutenção e cuidado! Escolhi pelas avaliações e as fotos do hotel. Era para ficar mais dias, mas só fiquei uma noite. Piscinas, jacuzzi, áreas externas, varandas e os quartos muito sujos. Pela situação atual do hotel, nem foi tão inesperado ver uma barata grande voando pelo quarto, até foi para ao banheiro, onde consegui matá-la.

El lugar se nota que en algún momento fué muy bueno, hoy en dia se encuentra algo abandonado, y con detalles de poco mantenimiento evidente!
