Great place with underground parking. Walking distance to town and staff very friendly and efficient.

Charged for parking despite booking confirmation stating it was included. Disappointed with the attitude of the hotel in dealing with this.

I want to stress that this hotel is not for everybody due to its location a little further from the train station and central areas. I turned 61 this year and am in good health and decent shape. So I had no problem walking 20-25 minutes from the train station to the hotel including a long flight of stairs uphill about a block away from the hotel (with one small rolling carry-on). I love the location, the exterior and interior decor of the hotel and my room. The advantage of the location is that it was in quiet neighborhood, there are several museums and adjacent restaurants about 2-3 blocks away via those same stairs. All of the staff were awesome and the hotel's restaurant was a full service one, unlike some others during the reopening phase of the Pandemic climate. I didn't have every meal there but I did have breakfast and dinner there and both were excellent.

Stayed in the hotel as I was attending a family gathering in the city as my brother lives there. The hotel staff was very helpful and the room clean and good size. Very nice shower gel and attentive staff. Would come back again and I recommend to others

Very nice hotel, nice people and good service. Only downside was that our room (3 bed family room) didn’t live up to the photos on the listing. But all in all great little hotel

Great hotel. Staff is amazing--went out of their way to help us. We arrived late, exhausted and hungry. They allowed us to eat at their restaurant even though it was almost closing and even offered us that opportunity, without me having to ask. Very friendly and kind.

I like the great COVID safety and cleanliness protocol at "Hotel am Triller", from the app based checkin to the rooms, and other facilities. Through all of this, the personnel was also super helpful and friendly.

Really clean and modern. Great location and friendly staff. In a Covid world, felt very confident the hotel had things under control.

the breakfeast buffet was very nice, but the eggs, bacon and sausages where cold. We did feel welcome, the receptionist must have had a bad day. departure the same receptionist

The hotel overall was ok but the room was down some creepy hallways that light up as you walk down them but before the lights go on its dark and has a deserted feel to it. The room was fine although it does have a bit of a Las Vegas feel to it with the shower showing into the room through a glass window. Amenities were sparse and tissue box was empty. Nice breakfast in the morning although not included with the room.

Fantastic bedroom with huge bed and brilliant shower! Modern and quirky decor and well equipped for laptops etc. The hotel is built on a hill so reception etc. Is on the top floor with bedrooms below. Nice restaurant with friendly staff. Superb breakfast.

Did not like quality of mattress and pillows and furniture. Variation of amenities in my room and other rooms (another family booked their room which was far better than ours - Coffee making machine, spacious and better furniture).
