櫃檯的那位女服務員，態度非常惡劣，大家小心她。付費大房間的費用，最後兩天，竟然擅自改成小房間，有一晩沒有暖氣，很糟的住宿經驗 El personal femenino en el mostrador tenía una actitud muy mala  。

Todo super limpio desayuno muy bueno bufet no faltava de nada ,habitacion excelente ,ubicacion muy bueno cerca bus ,metro pi ara ir centro ,aunque si os gusta caminar esta cerca ,excelente

Overall the hotel stay was good; conveniently close to a laundromat, a grocery store and restaurants.

Das Hotel ist zweckmäßig und soweit sauber. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist das Frühstück leider eintönig. Die Zimmer sind sehr, sehr hellhörig, man sollte Ohrstöpsel dabei haben. Das Personal war meistens freundlich!

Big room, big comfy beds, quiet. A bit far from city centre.

Hotel is not prepared to assist people with disabilities. To enter to the lobby you must carry your own luggage (not help at all) dealing with a huge stairs. Very difficult for senior citizens or with disabilities.

Excelente atendimento da senhorita Ana na recepção. Muito boa a localização. Única dificuldade foi achar local para estacionar o carro. A cidade é maravilhosa.

Excelente opción de alojamiento: habitación limpia, INSONORIZADA y cómoda. Buen desayuno buffet. Muy cerca del Estadio Mestalla.
