櫃檯的那位女服務員，態度非常惡劣，大家小心她。付費大房間的費用，最後兩天，竟然擅自改成小房間，有一晩沒有暖氣，很糟的住宿經驗 El personal femenino en el mostrador tenía una actitud muy mala  。

Smell in bathroom not dealt with Breakfast was good

The toilet was loose. Towels were dingy color. No toiletries other than soap.

Early check in was great. Checked out early with no issues. Room was nice. Street noise was a little tough but not too bad…traffic and sirens.

Bra läge och tysta rum med bra sängar. Mycket trevlig personal. Lokaltrafiksförbindelser till strand, centrum och sevärdheter alldeles i närheten av hotellet. Ingen kaffemaskin på rummet men trevlig cafeteria och restaurang i anslutning till receptionen.

Dejligt hotel. Værelserne er ikke noget specielt.

Decent and comfortable overall, but the toilet/WC in my private twin room needed better ventilation (no fan or window)!

Excelente valor por el precio, ubicado en zona muy segura, en el corazón de la zona universitaria. Muchas opciones de cafés, restaurantes y tiendas a pie. El personal del hotel fue muy amable y servicial.

Clean and comfortable

The staff were very nice and helpful, the room was clean and well maintained the location is very nice as it places you one bus ride away from the beach, the tourist attractions, and the airport. The room view was toward the inside of the building, which wasn't great, but you're not there to stay in the room, are you?

Super séjour

Regrettably, the room's ventilation was not ideal, as the only window faced the air conditioning units, leading to a warm, humid environment and considerable noise from the units. Furthermore, the bathroom lacked ventilation. Although the experience was passable, I would not opt to stay there again.
