一家非常棒的城市酒店。地理位置优越，就在海边和海滨长廊附近。 房间没有窗户，只有一块面向庭院走廊的大块磨砂玻璃。 房间干净整洁，设施齐全，配备空调和迷你冰箱。 前台工作人员热情友好，酒店还设有司机专用车库。 带顶棚的庭院里有一个游泳池。 美式早餐还不错。👍 性价比超高，地理位置优越，一切都很完美。👏

地理位置优越是这家酒店唯一的优点，房间很小，而且有股下水道的味道，餐厅服务差劲，员工挑剔。我不会再来了。酒店没有标明早餐种类。到了餐厅才知道只有欧陆式早餐，如果想升级的话需要额外付费。另外，游泳池和健身房的开放时间也非常有限。价格绝对过高！

很遗憾，我们的入住体验非常糟糕。酒店设施状况很差，房间维护不足的问题显而易见。 淋浴水流时断时续，马桶冲水也不畅。一位家庭成员的房间甚至因为马桶维护问题而漏水。 此外，另一位家庭成员还被收取了枕套和毛巾上的污渍费用。 酒店提供的早餐质量也令人失望。 总而言之，这是一次非常令人失望的体验，我们绝对不会再来了。

The location by the water is very quiet and peaceful and it is located very close to the ferry station to get to Belize. However, the building design makes the hotel extremely noisy inside. Because of the atrium-style architecture, sounds get channeled throughout the building. The walls are thin, and through the bathroom ventilation system you can hear neighboring rooms very clearly — I could literally understand a full conversation from the woman next door during the night. Check-in felt rather passive and not very welcoming. The staff tries, but there was little information given and overall the atmosphere felt a bit impersonal. Important to know: • No luggage storage room • Pool open from 8am–8pm (shower available downstairs) • Pet-friendly rooms available (big plus!) • The entrance is not from the beach promenade — that side leads to the parking garage, which is confusing at first The shower in the room doesn’t drain properly. If you wait for the hot water too long, the bathroom can easily flood. Breakfast was also a bit strange. 虽然菜单上有一些传统菜品可供选择，但咖啡味道不好，而且即使是只吃了一半的盘子也会很快被收走，这更加剧了客人不被热情款待的感觉。

我们喜欢这家酒店，因为可以从停车场直接步行到海边，沿着木板路漫步，还能享用各种各样的美食。酒店安全、干净，基本设施一应俱全。前台工作人员非常友好。房价包含早餐，供应时间为早上7点至10点。我们9点去的时候，早餐已经所剩无几，而且都凉了。我觉得这一点他们应该改进。另外，经理也不太热情，和前台工作人员的服务水平简直天壤之别。除此之外，其他方面都还不错。
