酒店就在市中心，方便散步和晚上游览河内。男接待员非常好，他帮我拿行李，甚至还给我买了个人物品。酒店干净，早餐美味多样，但是隔音效果不太好，第一天晚上住在隔壁房间，按了门铃后房间还是能听到声音，让我无法入睡。

Phòng sạch sẽ, rộng rãi. Tuy nhiên hệ thống cách âm không được tốt. Ở trong phòng mà vẫn nghe ồn ào từ phía ngoài.

Phòng nhỏ trang bị như nhà nghỉ bình dân,ăn sáng nghèo làn.máy lạnh rỉ nước, Thái độ phục vụ tạm ổn

Hotel is in very good location near Hoan Kiem lake. Clean and staff is very friendly. But when I check out, even I did not go back room and ask for check out, staff open my room, go inside, re-arrange my luggage and clean room at 12:00 noon!!!

Pretty satisfying hotel and quality.

The staffs from front desk to waiters are all not friendly. They put a "sigh" face to greet the guests.

It is not at 4 star level hotel

Very great hotel. The hotel located near Hoa Kiem Lake and night market. The staff were kind and speak english fluently. They gave us an upgrade room. Thank you Silk Queen Hotel. The room was big with comfortable bed. The bedroom and bath room was clean . The food breakfast were plenty various and delicious. Two thumbs for this hotel...

Large and comfortable bed, friendly staff, spacious and comes with a mini bar with snacks too. However, will be better if the odour of the hotel from the reception into the room can be improved with a more welcoming and pleasent smell.
