Friendly staff. When I needed a refrigerator in the room, the staff helped to change the room which had a refrigerator. The first room didn't have a refrigerator.

I understand the room is no window. But, it is too stuffy and damp wet. Other than that, the room is good.

Hotel location in town area and near to shopping mall. Unfortunately the room condition is not so nice, dirty, mold on toilet floor, need go to another building to check in/out.

Small room & not so clean. No tower provided until we made a phone call to the receptionist. The staffs was very excellent. Just the environment wise not as expected. Two star for the hospitality. Five stars to the staffs.

Room quite small and mattress was not OK as if spring was damaged but room is clean, air conditioning very good. Location is OK. If park outside must pay parking to avoid summon.
