The staff are friendly and supportive. The hotel location is convenient, with access to nearby locations within walking distance.

The air conditioner is not cold enough. The floor of the room is also quite dusty. Not suitable for those carrying babies.

Housekeeping membantu, Wifi-nya lancar.

I really liked the hotel a lot. For that price, it was indeed a good value for money. Good points: Very strategic location, room was big and spacious and clean. Improvement: Need to add more car parks, bedsheets and pillow cases need to be stain free and a leaking tab for bidet needs to be fixed. Overall, a fantastic hotel.

Staff friendly, prayer mat are available at reception and lots of food stall around the hotel.
