酒店很新，条件不错，价格比较高，服务也还好。就是网上预订出了问题，到了酒店前台说没有预订，头疼啊。还好最终解决了。

Great service. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious with a sitting area. Bathroom was big and clean. The only bad thing was that there was this amusement/performance place right next to the hotel and there were lots of people and loud noises, although we couldn't hear it from our room. There was a good spread for breakfast except it was catered to Chinese taste buds. They kept repeating the same piece of music in the lobby and it was quite annoying. The atrium was a nice place to sit and relax.

Our room was so spacious, had a great view, and the hotel was actually quite a surprise. I wasn't expecting such a large hotel in the Jiuzhaigou Valley. The bathtub looked out onto the room and the pretty view of the mountains. Of course, you could put the privacy blinds down if you wish. The bathroom was huge. We had a step-down sitting area with a fireplace. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. They even prepared a little breakfast box for us because we had to leave before the breakfast buffet began, in order to catch our flight. They arranged our travel with a very nice driver. We would definitely stay here again. You MUST come to see the Jiuzhaigou Valley National Park. Gorgeous.

ハード面についてはこれ以上のものは望まなくても良い水準です。真新しいホテルなので当然と言えば当然ですが、車寄せからフロントに向かうまでの間でも高級感を味わえます。部屋（ベーシックなスーペリアルーム）の中はバスルーム、クイーンサイズベッド２つ、ソファ＆テーブルが機能的に配置され、その一つひとつが“良いものを使用している”ことを感じさせてくれます。特に気に入ったのがバスタオルとバスローブ。使用してとても心地良いです。フロントの掲示にはスーペリアルーム一泊3,000元と表示されていましたが、その価値はあるのではないでしょうか。 九寨黄龍空港までの距離は86キロほどですが、ホテルカー（トヨタのSUV）で1時間15分くらい（300元）。ドライバーさんもとても親切な方で、約束の早朝5時きっかりに車寄せまで迎えに来てくれました。 残念なのは従業員の英会話能力です。英語を話せる従業員は10人に1～2名くらい。人柄は良さそうな従業員ばかりですが、外資系の外国人が多く宿泊するホテルとはとても思えません。あと、中国のホテルはどこもそうですが、チェックインの際のデポジットはクレジットカードではダメで現金が500元必要なことと、ホテル内のショップも現金のみしか使えず、店員さんも英語が話せないこと等がマイナスポイントです。

This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in. Ideal location, spotlessly clean, fantastic decor...just delightful. My only criticism would be that there are no safety deposit boxes in any of the rooms, but other than that, excellent
