Shower doesn't work and walls were thin so noisy guests next door can be a problem. Pretty close to bars though

We already paid for the hotel booking but when we got there the staff said we had no reservation and there's no more room available. We waited too long for the issue to be resolved.

Noisy renovations during the day. Bathroom didn't handle used water properly, not all of the water goes into the drain, some remain at the floor. Food was bad, want part with the price. We just used the room for our sleeping requirements.
