The staff were all friendly and nice. The reception and lobby area was very nice. However there 's a sense of no security when you go up into your room. The hotel is shared with office space, and anyone from the public has access to the corridors.

Such a bad experience for us as the cleanliness of the room is truly dissapointing, air conditioner is not well maintained and the flow of water in the bathroom is too small. Not recommended for stays more than a day

Just OK for emergency. All ok.

Water heater cannot use and the water is to slow

Don't expect too much for the hotel. It's budget hotel and worth the price you pay. Easy to find food nearby the hotel and walking distance to RAMS (free duty shop), have parking for hotel guest and plenty of paid parking beside the hotel

The room is comfortable and clean. The price is affordable with the accommodation.

Everything easy and we are at the middle of the Langkawi. So if we want to go to island hopping, the jetty are Infront of the hotel only..just walk and you will go to island hopping. Nice hotel to be recommended

I book for 3 rooms on 20-22/12/19. Upon check in, the reception pass me 3 keys but unfortunately when we open the door only 2 rooms was ready. 1 room was not clean at all. Looks like the guest just check out. Kindly make sure all room must be in Vacant Clean (VC) status before handover the key to the guest. Im a Duty Manager from 1 of the hotel in Ipoh. I know the SOP. To the Supervisor Hskp, kindly check the room 1st before change Vacant Dirty (VD) to Vacant Clean (VC) status.

Kamar besar, sesuai yang dipromosikan, fasilitas kamar lengkap, staf ramah cukup membantu.

Near with everything, easy to get food, easy to buy things

Spacious, comfy and clean. But the soundproof of the room was not good. You can always hear noise from outside.

Water supply got problem.

Great location which is near to town; jetty, HIG, eateries, etc. Room is very clean, has a pleasant odour, quite spacious and comfortable to stay at. Everything functions well. Staff is also very helpful and friendly. Definitely will come again.

Hotel yang selesa bagi hotel bertaraf 2 bintang. Berdekatan dengan Jeti Kuah dan RAMS. Kedai makan pon banyak.

Bad experience. Stayed for 3 nights. Not able to sleep until early morning ie. 3am due to noise from the food court location at the ground floor. No internet access in the room at all. No chairs or coffee table in the room for you to sit to do writing or having coffee etc. Location is good in easy access to Kuah town and the ferry jetty.

Harapnya boleh buat laluan untuk pengguna wheelchair. Susah untuk orang-orang tua atau pengguna wheelchair nak guna tangga. Overall ok and friendly staffs.

This hotel was nice and comfortable for me. The room was huge and the location is nearby to find food and shop. Will come here again in future.

Tidak tersedia sarapan dan ternyata itu pertokoan yang dijadikan sarana penginapan.
