I love this hotel, easy to navigate to the city center, a lot of stores and restaurants around, banks, and especially the breakfast. I love the nasi lemak 😍 Thank you so much, I'd visit Sibu again next time, and the Orchid Hotel will be the place I'd stay ☺️

This hotel really offers the best experience to the guest. I am going to this hotel for transit or future booking—near to town, yet quiet due to the location.

The staff at the front dest was very disappointed.

The room is perfect and the staff is well train I jus love the location.

As a parent point of view, this is a perfect place to stay. There 's plenty of parking around the building, there 's a lift, there 's a water dispenser for hot and cold water. Very comfortable for a family. Service is very good, staff are friendly, even the breakfast are nice and the boss were nice to give a free milk for my beloved daughter. Will stay here again for my transit from Kuching to Bintulu again!

Nice room. Easy to get to everywhere. But if you have more than one car, then it will be a little hard to find car park.

Kerusi depan meja mekap ada terkoyak, tiada hair dryer, bunyi aircond bising, keadaan tilam yang sudah lapuk tenggelam ke bawah, bau bilik bau hapak.

the breakfast dirty, room small

Everything was satisfying. The only set back because of the aircond. They are using centralised aircond, which takes time to cool down the room eventhough we set it maximum. Unpleasant smell from the aircond too.

Overall stay was excellent. However feel slightly cheated when i learnt that there are no complementary bottle water in the room, and i have to purchased it at the counter. And hope they update or apply for HALAL Certificate because many Muslims were staying there. Thanks

nice stay with simple and nice breakfast provided. the bedsheet and the towel are soft and comfortable to me. the staffs are also friendly. the swam shaped towel is very nice.

I like this hotel. Such a great location and easy to acces. Suitable for travellers with own transport.
