很乾淨又舒服的居住環境 真是太感謝了

Was given a room that was not made. TV was on, trash and towels everywhere. Then given the only other room left that had the worst stench. First room on first floor next tk elevator and check in desk. The odor was so bad, could not sleep. Felt like torture but couldn't go elsewhere because it was late and had young kids.

We had a great stay here while we enjoyed Legoland. The location was great, the hot tub was nice, and the breakfast was convenient. Would stay again.

Complimentary laundry. Breakfast and light meals at night. Staff was super friendly!!! Definitely returning again!

We had a great two bedroom suite!

The room was so clean! Breakfast was so good. Staff was friendly. Ample parking. Beautiful patio area. This hotel is very family friendly!

Nice property

This was our second stay here. This time the rooms were not cleaned thoroughly. Lots of wear to fixtures and worn mattresses and sofa cushions. Toilet had issues, required a part replacement late at night. Worst part was the noise of the people above us 2/4 nights. So unbelievably loud. Only will stay second floor here in future if we come back. They really need a deep clean and some updates for the price.

With kitchen but no dining table

Overall I would give the hotel a 8.5. The only complaint that I have is that it was hard to sleep with all the noise from the guests above and the hallway. Hair on food during breakfast. Staff and service is very wonderful.

Comfortable bed and room

We always love to stay with the IHG properties. The people are friendly, you have a clean room, and breakfast is a great variety in the morning. The only downfall for my family this time around was that breakfast was later on the weekends. We had to leave early and that was a miscalculation on us, not on the hotel in anyway. Not only will we continue to stay at IHG as a top choice but we will continue to recommend it moving forward.
