Very good value on the waterfront. Spacious with spa bath, Decor recently refreshed. Perfect for an over night stay.

Lovely overnight stay, very comfortable unit with a nice wee balcony facing city side.

My booking here was made literally last minute. And the receptionist greeted me so warm and even listened to my problem I had earlier. She was so helpful and friendly. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else from now on in Napier but there. The room was warm and cosy, heaps of space and the amenities were great. I wish I could’ve stayed another night. I’ll definitely be back again

We loved the location being pretty much right along the waterfront with the city centre just a street or so away. Easy access and parking, great rooms - ours had a spa bath IN the main bedroom! Also we appreciated the friendly staff. This is now our go-to when in town

We loved the jet spa bath it was great!! And very clean and staff were very friendly, very convenient spot easy to access to everywhere! We want to come back again..

We have booked family room and it was nice clean and tidy room except the noise from upstairs.

Beach front. Convenient but no lift to upper floor make it difficult for visitors with big luggages

Easy check in/out. Reception was very friendly. Room was quiet. Bed comfortable. Shower excellent. Highly recommend this hotel. And would stay again.

Great location. Close to town. Wonderful sea view. good parking Bed was a bit "springy" and the rooms are showing their age. Good value for money. Overall very happy

Ok, but hotel a bit run down, Rats running around outside of property. Parking good, close to centre of town.

Gret location, handy, walk to restaurants and small supermarket . Very clean, just right

Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms could do with some updating. Walking distance to a lot of things with was great. Overall good stay.

The room we had was amazing it catered to everything we needed.Loved hearing the beach right outside our door. Walking to distance to all cafes, restaurants and many more shops. Would definitely recommend staying here 🙂.

Nice hot shower for me, deep hot tub for my wife & daughter. Netflex was on point with good movies also.

Great veiw from our room on the second floor, 3 floors in total and no elevator but the stairs are not steep. Room was clean and price was cheap. This hotel has so much potential but is in a desperate need of a refurbishment. Kitchens seem quite new, beds were comfortable linen was clean. The first room we were put in was a complete health hazard, wall paper hanging off and walls covered in mould, we requested a new room the lady at reception didnt seem to understand my issue (English was not her first language) Cleaners cme over and assisted us with the room change. Woken up at 7am by rubbish trucks emptying all the bins at the complex and there doesnt seem to be and sound proofing as we heard every car. Once it has been refurbished this place will be absolutely amazing.
