Lugar super bien ubicado , limpio , el personal de lo mejor , nos dejaron llevar una perrita con la única condición que no se puede quedar sola en el cuarto , el desayuno de 10 y 100% familiar.

The staff is completely overwhelmed, and they are very understaffed. Everybody’s running around disorganized and unhappy. The management of this company on every level needs an adjustment.

Beautiful well located boutique hotel with tasteful design and warm atmosphere. The rooms were spotless and breakfast felt like we were visiting someone’s inviting home with made to order menu items. Highly recommend!

L’hôtel est un peu loin du centre-ville, il faut marcher une dizaine de minutes pour être à l’endroit où il y a de l’animation. Le personnel de l’hôtel est sympathique Le prix des chambres est un peu élevé par rapport à la prestation Je vous conseille de prendre une chambre au premier étage plutôt qu’au rez-de-chaussée

What a lovely hotel with helpful staff and beautiful setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great. Gabriel, the manager, was incredibly helpful and, went above and beyond care for us when we thought we had lost our rental car key. Also Ruben and Maria Jose could not have been more helpful. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is a historic building with a lot of charm and character- as such, there may be occasional issues but these were always acted upon immediately Beds very comfortable, excellent level of cleaning, very good breakfast with a wide choice of cooked dishes Lovely to eat under the veranda- staff very friendly and helpful Gabriel the manager is an absolute asset to the hotel - can not do enough to help and make sure you have everything you need The restaurant/ bar is very good - limited choice (they’d run out of wine!) but handy to have something on site if you don’t want to go into town

Las habitaciones limpias y de muy buen gusto. El personal es muy amable y sabe de comida típica de la región. Caminar al centro son 5 a 8 minutos, así que se puede disfrutar Valladolid sin coche. Gracias a todos

The staff at San Juan was so sweet and helpful. They made us feel so comfortable and at home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for lodging in Valladolid. If and when we return, we will stay here again.

Staff was great, breakfast was really good and cooked home made style, rooms were spacious and amenities were great.

We loved our stay here. The hotel, is so peaceful, clean and beautifully traditional. The food is delicious, very wholesome and made of natural ingredients to order. All the staff were so helpful and work hard to please. However a big shout out to Noemi who has gone above and beyond her job to organise forgotten laundry to be returned to us. She has been so lovely and helpful.

The only two things my husband and daughter did not like there was no tv and phone but the rest was wonderful

It felt like family. It is close enough to everything and they want you to have a great time. It's so beautiful and feels like you are staying at home
