The staff was very friendly, room is clean, location is good.

This hotel has a good location. In Taipan, close to many restaurants. But the room was not was as it was advertised. The shower did not work properly. Only one channel on the TV with no sound. Overall comfort was OK. Staff were friendly.

First and foremost, the toilet was not clean and the sink was clogged. Air conditioner was not cold enough and had loud noises. Could hear noises such as baby crying and shouts from other rooms at late night which disturbed the sleep. I have taken a video but videos can be attached because the only options are photos that can be added to this review.

The water heater and TV out of service and no lift provided. Service very poor.

I’ve booked a room with my wife for business travel. Didn’t know the timing could be at 2pm as far as we wanted it should be at 2am. We gave a call to agent, talk to a lady. She is so rude and made me asked same questions for many times. At the end, we followed as per suggested by asking the receptionist for early check-in. We asked the receptionist guy to allow us for early check-in even though we must pay the extra charges. He doesn’t cooperated with us by not checking any available rooms for us instead for being so sour and did not provide us any details except asked to wait until 2pm. I hate this so much!

Clean room and nice interior based on country concept.

I stayed in the Egypt concept room. Paid higher price compared to the walk in price as they were having promotion. Lighting was dull, I had a mummy poster on my wall with very little pyramid scene, bathroom not clean, no hot shower. When I called the receptionist, was told it will take time to get hot as they were using water pump and shouldn't be a problem at night-waited long but nothing changes , but admit that they do have problem in the morning. Please fix it

room size is just nice. but water leaking from shower head cause small volume water for bath. cleanliness is ok and hotel location is perfect. recommend dinner at uncle Don

Nice place with a good room for a reasonable price, 2 parking slots provided on first come first serve basis that allows people to park free of charge without paying for standard parking charged by the municipal council. Basic toiletries are provided and room is comfortable. I’m happy with this hotel and the rooms are so nice plus clean. The staff is so friendly. Will stay more when time comes.

Have a different types of room, example korea, china, paris, malaysia type and more. Bed was comfy, bathroom also very clean and provide enough table to put the things on. Very convenient location with variety choices of cafes and foods within walking distance. Friendly staff and free high speed WiFi. Very recommended.

WiFi so fast. Friendly hotel staff. The location of the hotel is very good, the rooms are affordable. You can find restaurants, banks, pharmacies, clinics just a walk away and near LRT train Taipan. The environment is very clean and unique! Their room design actually follow according the country theme! Beautiful :)

Would recommend to everyone who is traveling. Fast WiFi. Hotel staff were polite and friendly, basic room facilities also available such as shampoo, hair dryer, towel etc. Bed was comfort and air cond works fine too. Located at a very strategic place food & entertainment as well. Strategic location too, Taipan lrt station, chinese restaurant, McD, A&W, nasi kandar all available in walking distance.
