電梯只到1樓，接待處也在一樓。 你首先要把大約20kg的行李搬上1樓，才能順利入住。

The bed was very hard ,the tv didn't work,wifi was rubbish and ive never had to give a deposit for a room and it was not wheelchair friendly.i will not be staying ok.

Overall ok. Location very good. Only problem, no plug in the bathroom sink !!

Il faut savoir que l hôtel vous préleve 100 euros en plus dès l arrivée et que vous les récupéré bien plus tard 1 mois après environ . Bien sûr sous certaines conditions. Hôtel assez bruyant

For under £60 a night I was pleasantly surprised. Comfy bed, clean room and the bath was a nice bonus. No complaints from me.

Run down but fab location Bedding and towels clean Room was basic and quite dirty Refused to pay the 100 pounds deposit never been asked for that before even in a top class hotel No food available

Weatherspoon's just around the corner if you’re desperate for food or a drink. Only saw one member of staff, he was ok. No parking at the hotel.

Great Location,.. Pleasant area, Very Close to Rail station/lge shopping centre/Tescos/restaurants and very walkable to City's Heritage sights and theatre Good sized pleasant ensuite room. Weatherspoons ( and takeaways)..across the road for breakfast/ etc. Hotel bar not available but lge sports bar underneath hotel. Will Def call here again.

Clean rooms and good ambience

Room was fine but they take a pre authorisation of £100 which you won't get back until 30 days

Good hotel close to the train and bus station and within walking fistsnce of yhe high street. The room was on the small side for a double room but it was clean with slight ware and tare

No room service such as not changing towels or giving new toilet roll when not in the room. Aswell as the shower curtain being extremely dirty. Overall, it’s okay for a cheap place to stay for a couple of days.

My initial room was unclean. There were hairs and bits of crumbs(?) on the duvet. Also, the heating didn’t work in this room. The room I was reallocated to was cleaner but the heating still wasn’t great. Staff were relatively helpful in changing my room and giving me a portable heater.

Staff on the reception were extremely polite and helpful, specially as a blue badge holder i was allowed to park outside the hotel if/when there was a space. Yes the prices were cheap but you get a bed to rest your head ,TV and kettle ! The bed mattress and pillows were quite firm BUT I had a brilliant night's sleep!! My only 2 complaints are that the bathroom sink didn't have a correct size plug and you couldn't turn radiator on to heat the room up as it was rather cold.
