The hotel is located in a very convenient and quiet place, very close to Bismarckplatz. The front desk is very helpful, but a bit cold. The room is comfortable and clean, but with air-conditioning is unbelievable while it was 30 degree during our stay in Heidelberg.

The hotel inside looks good and clean. Plus it has a stove to cook. Excellent choice if you plan to visit heidiburg

晚上八点去到酒店办理手续，被告知预定的标间只能在没有电梯的三楼。好不容易拿着大包小包爬上三楼发现不是那一栋，而是从另外的楼梯上去的房间。只好坐了一趟电梯下来，完了又拿着大包小包爬了三楼，发现房间是新装修的，确实很漂亮但是味道重的一刻都不能呆。下楼和前台扯平，前台刚开始不停的说没有房，最后在我们的坚持下才帮我们调整到50米外的一间酒店。以92欧元一晚的房价，换了一个房间，怎么都觉得性价比太低。

Para acessar o centro histórico é necessário caminhar ou utilizar o transporte público. O quarto era amplo e equipado. O atendimento foi excelente. Recomendo.

Friendly staff, beautifully unique and large rooms, comfortable heat control in the winter, and a great shower/tub. It's an old building so noise travels between rooms.

Front desk has limited hours but fortunately there is a lock box that they put my room key into. Front desk staff was super helpful in answering questions about getting around.

Great location. Easy access to public transportation. Walking distance to great restaurants, sightseeing and shopping. Lovely breakfast for a fee. Friendly staff.

Friendly staff at check in, a beautiful hotel with lovely architecture, easy walk into the town centre. Parking is on street around the hotel but a very quiet area so no worries regards security. Stunning city to visit, this was the perfect overnight stop.
