This hotel is great! Upon arrival, the concierge opens the car door for you to take your luggage. Check-in was smooth and quick. The front desk also prepared warm cookies. There was lemonade and black tea and some snacks in the lobby as a welcome drink. The room was great. We booked two connecting rooms, which is convenient for family living. The only thing that needs improvement is that the air conditioning seems strange. No matter how I set the air conditioning in one room, it is not cool enough, and no matter how I set it in the other room, it is freezing cold. Because there are children staying, I asked the front desk for a bed guard. Later, the child had a fever and borrowed a thermometer. The hotel's buffet breakfast and dinner are actually quite average, with a lot of variety, but the taste is not very delicious.

Good service. Hotel room is nice. Chinese restaurant morning tea was good and price reasonable.

Good in facities design, but the washroom in the room is not so good in the washing disc about the water going out. The buffet is not so good in the resturant.

職員態度良好，唯獨辨理入住時間稍耐，雖預訂不吸煙房間但還有煙味，經處理後尚可接受，早餐味道不錯，中菜廳更值得一試

Just a so so experience.....not exactly reach 5 stars standard, the breakfast were below average, and worst, the whole floor and toilet of our room was quite dirty and oily, also dirty in many small places in the room, so don't look at the details. The swimming pool was new and tidy, however, the dirty guest room will make us think twice to going back to this hotel.
