the only reason to choose this hotel is that it’s near to the ferry port on the beach, have a nice view to the ocean, otherwise I’m sure you can have some other better choices with this price, for one night more than 100€, I got: 1. The reception and garage guys are quite nice and helpful; 2. Only one drinking water in the room for two person and one teeth brush; 3. The mattress was too soft for the back, the second day we got back pain; 4. In the morning the breakfast didn’t start on time and the coffee machine was not working, meanwhile it’s not clean, nobody got coffee for breakfast; 5. They say the offer 24 hours room service food, but when we called they told us the service is closed...so we couldn’t not get lunch... Anyway, for one night to wait the ferry was ok, but no enjoyable.

I was told that the property is 9 years old, but it looks 40 years old. It needs upkeep and attention from its owners. The sea weather has its affect, but to attract people like us, requires quality level maintenance. We had A/C issues, lighting issues, internet connectivity, The elevator was inoperable that entire time 5 days we were there. Maintenance were called for us and did their best to fix things temporarily. The location is incredible, but the sour taste of staying at a run-down hotel was a sad state.

There were dogs at the beach and barking in the evening and morning did disturb. Beach was amazing.

Hotel avec vue magnifique sur la plage de Quemado. Petit déjeuner convenable. La chambre est très propre, terrasse magnifique et lit confortable . Cependant, les installations sont à raffraichir, la salle de bain est très moyenne, eau tiède voire froide, sent très fort l humidité et La chasse des toilette dysfonctionnelle. Si je peux aussi me permettre les terrasses sont séparées que par un voile légèrement opaque, il aurait été plus judicieux de mettre une cloison entre les terrasses pour en profiter pleinement et en toute intimité.

Desayuno demasiado escaso. Cuando llegamos aún quedaba una hora para el final de la hora desayuno y no había casi nada. Le preguntamos si repondrán y nos dijeron que no. Que no les quedaba más. Además de eso, el comedor es demasiado pequeño y tienes que estar esperando a que acaben para poder ocupar una mesa.

Hotel is geen 4* waardig. Renovatie is heel hard nodig. Kamer is niet voorzien van degelijke gordijnen, die er nu hangt is niet compleet. De scheidingwand net op het balkon is stuk waarbij je zo kan lopen naar de buren. Om 00.30 luid muziek beneden waarbij je met deur dicht van je balkon nog steeds te luid is. Na gebeld te hebben met de receptie is het nog steeds niet gedoofd. Helaas voor de prijs die we betaald hebben niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Bovenstaande punten zijn door gegeven aan de receptie. Een tip: controle uitvoeren voordat de nieuwe bezoeker binnen komt in de kamer. Wanneer de gast er in zit zoals wij, is het buitengewoon irritant want dat verstoort onze rust.

The city of Alhoceima is beautiful by itself. However the bad experience in this hotel had a negative influence on the trip.
