Amazing location, very spacious and well equipped apartment.

立地は最高。駅やバス停が近く、交差点向かいにスーパー、２ブロック位でミシガンAveのショッピング通り。近くには有名ピザやスペアリブにステーキ店など、ほとんどが徒歩圏。 部屋も高層階で眺めが良く、セキュリティの人も感じが良くて、まさに「暮らしているように」滞在できます。室内設備も、本格オーブンから４口の電気コンロ、洗濯＆乾燥機も室内にあり重宝しました。 残念だったのは２つ。１つは「室内クリーニングが最悪」だったこと。 床にはソファーの周りに砂やホコリが積もっているし、テーブルの上はうっすら白くなっているのが肉眼で見えるほど。「床まで掃除する」ことを徹底して欲しい。２つ目は、他の部屋でベーコンを焼くなどの料理をしていると自室のなかまで匂いが漂ってくること。換気が悪いのが難点。 最後に要望としては、ウォッシュレットにして欲しい位かな。

We absolutely loved State and Grand by Bridgestreet. The location is unbeatable, and the parking access made everything we did easy. The studio where we stayed is really a one-bedroom - not sure why it's called a studio. There was every comfort of home including a large walk-in closet, laundry in another handy closet, a fine kitchen, and plenty of comfortable furniture. The view was great- fun for everyone to visit and hang out with us, which was the real reason we were there.

One bedroom spacious condo in nice downtown of Chicago!! Whst else more can I ask!! Once in a lifetime experience!!!

Lots of amenities - kitchen, washer/dryer, closet, large bathroom, pool w/ outdoor terrace... The staff was friendly and very helpful.

This was a wonderful experience. I was searching for hotels on Expedia and this apartment/hotel came up. The price was great and comparable to a regular hotel.

Fantastisk beliggenhed og god service. Vi havde lejlighed med 2 soveværelser og var positivt overraskede over, hvor stor den var. Skønt. Fungerede fint med vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Talrige indkøbsmuligheder i nærheden Rengøring var ikke nået ned i skufferne, og der bliver meget hurtigt støvet, så man skal forvente selv at skulle gøre lidt rent. Som flere andre har gjort opmærksomme på er sengene i temmelig dårlig stand. Man kan ikke undgå at lande i et hul i midten. Heller ikke selvom man vender madrassen. Løsningen er at ligge en pude eller to i midten af sengen. Der er praktisk talt intet støj fra over- eller underboer. Selvfølgelig kan man høre udrykninger og andre af byens lyde, men det må påregnes når man bor så centralt. Wi-fi virker OK. Vi fik hurtig hjælp med et TV der ikke virkede. Vi vil med glæde bo her igen.

Apartment is in a great Location with a great layout and view overlooking the city. For the traveler who desires a lot of service and attention, this may not be the best choice. For our family we prefer to have the privacy and do not want daily maid service. It was an excellent alternative to the conventional hotel.

Great view of the city. Big 2 bdrm apt. Only thing I'd change: king size bed in master instead of queen and larger tvs. We've stayed at this location twice. Very lovely.

Only improvement would be if I was able to control the heat--I couldnt get the apartment warmer, and the blower kept running--i was finally able to turn off the blower--other than that--great trip.

Overall, a great room in a great location. Extremely comfortable and stylishly well-appointed. Wish there would have been a larger bed, and we had some problem with the televisions, but these are minor issues. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Hade en galet bra semester i Chicago hos bridgestreet. Det som var absolut bäst var helt klart läget. Hade aldrig sett staden förr så var perfekt för mig. Enkelheten var super och hade inte kunna tänka mig nått lättare. Använde aldrig gymmet eller poolen men var där och kollade och det såg helt klart okej ut. Jag bör ha rapporterat diskmaskinen som läckte lite och var väldigt högljudd. Brödrosten var man lite tvungen att hålla koll på då den vägrade att hoppa upp av sig själv. Flickvännen visste inte om detta och startade brandlarmet. Hade jag sagt till om detta hade de säkert ordnat det.

Very pleasant stay in a suite with all the amenities. Many restaurants and great shopping within easy walking distance. Transportation excellent with close proximity to metro station.

The best thing about the place was the location. Unit 2301 was dirty, smelly (the kind of smell you cannot camouflage- stuck in the carpet & walls), the bed was old and lumpy, dishwasher rusty, couch & tables were stained --- horrible! The audacity of the Property Management to think that we wouldn't notice it! One look at the place and we were out of there -- we ended up paying more but 1000% more satisfied. Hotels.com, Take this off your listing or you can guarantee very unhappy customers.

Absolutely loved the location and the views from the room. I've lived in Chicago before and now considering investing into property in River North after this stay. It's a perfect location for shopping, dining, tourist attractions and overall amazing stay. The room had a great layout, kitchen, dinning area, living room space, private bathroom, the bed a bit small but overall it was a great experience.

The State and Grand by Bridgestreet exceeded my expectations. Our apartment was spacious and well designed. The sitting room and bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows, and there is a small balcony off the living room. As a result, our unit had very good views. This residence hotel is well located for visiting Chicago's downtown. The Magnificent Mile is only a couple of blocks east, and there are many good restaurants within easy walking distance (try Bijan bistro, three blocks north). We found the staff to be very accommodating. All-in-all an excellent value in downtown Chicago.

We traveled with another couple and shared a two bedroom, two bath unit. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed use of the indoor pool and rooftop terrace, but wish they were open later. Parking was $45/night, which isn't terrible by Chicago standards, but would have been nice if it were less, especially because almost everything you want to do or see is within walking distance or easily accessible by taxi or public transit. Bridgestreet is in a great area of the city, central to just about everything.

Great Apartment. Bill at the front desk was very helpful and we had no difficulty checking in. The apartment is only serviced every second week, but there is a washing machine and tumble dryer in case you needed to wash some clothes or towels. The apartments share the 17th floor swimming pool with the neighbouring hotel - great spot with a small outdoor patio section. We would definately book this apartment again!
