The location is far from the overgound/underground. The room is stuffy. The shower head is weak. The room is dark. I felt like this hotel is 3 stars rather than 5.

Staff was helpful but the hotel was really dated and remote. Nothing can be found in area nearby. Be careful of your safety at night. Hotel was old and poorly maintained. Air condition does not really work and the room was like a steam room in the afternoon even in sept.

£20 is for underground parking room was very clean big and spacious and got a free upgrade thank you do much nice evening dinner and breakfast would cone back again soon.

Very odd and outdated hotel. Hot tub had a very intrusive camera and no nod was made to a three times advised 21 birthday celebration

Room was clean and a good size. Didnt feel as luxurious as I'd expect for 5star. Breakfast selection was quite limited but theu do male eggs to order.

Clean room, nice tea/ coffee making facilities , appreciated the slippers and robe , very spacious bathroom , friendly staff , Didn’t get chance to use the spa/ pool

I had a smooth check in and stay but was advised upon arrival (20:20) that the spa was shut. This was disappointing but my fault as I didn't check prior. Room was big and bathroom spacious.

Værelset var okay, kunne have været bedre kvalitet til prisen. Personale var ok men ikke aktivt imødekommende
