提前两个月预订并已全额付款的豪华客房，入住时酒店却提供了两间阁楼普通客房，我们发现问题后和酒店沟通，酒店却以豪华客房无空房为由加以拒绝，并且不愿退回房间差价，一口咬定提供的就是预订的豪华间。英国牛津风尚酒店完全不可信，而且完全没有解决问题的诚意。

服務人員非常親切也非常棒!雖然地理位置稍微離鬧區有段距離，但是搭乘牛津公車也相當便利，主要是在住宅區內，感覺好像自己真的是牛津人一樣^Q^ 房間空間也大，尤其設有流理台跟微波爐，也有碗盤、刀叉，下次去的話也會優先考慮風尚

I stayed in the Ethos Hotel with my girlfriend in late January 2017. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area some 10-15 mins walking distance to the Oxford City Centre. The room was clean and cosy and has everything we need. The bed was comfortable and ensured us a good night sleep. They also provided us with a high-speed Wifi. The staff were polite and helpful and showed us how to get to the Blenheim Palace. We also enjoyed some delicious pizzas and a great full-English breakfast in the restaurant On the negative side, however, I prefer a table lamp on the desk. It was a bit dark when I was using my laptop. The bathroom had a strange smell of grease or wet paint (I could not find out the source of the smell) and the extraction fan was a bit noisy. Overall, it was a great stay and I will stay in Ethos again next time when I am in Oxford.

A quiet part of Oxford, walking distance to most colleges (plus theaters and pubs), clean rooms, very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Nice small hotel in quiet neighborhood, about 15 minutes walk to downtown Oxford. Friendly staff, good breakfast menu. Room was big, had 2 double beds, walking shower.

Me sentí estafada en el momento que llegué y vi el hotel puesto que de ninguna forma es un hotel y mucho menos que cumpla con las características de uno de 4 estrellas, @hoteles.com deben tener muchísimo cuidado con las publicaciones que hacen, el colchón de la cama todo hundido, las sábanas y colchas daban un aspecto de suciedad, las condiciones del baño no eran las adecuadas, en general la habitación y “hotel” no cumplió con mis expectativas y la relación precio-calidad, el precio está muy por encima de la calidad… lo rescatable es el desayuno y si eso es por lo que consideran un “hotel de 4 estrellas” están muy equivocados, nunca me he quejado por los precios pero en esta ocasión no puedo dejar de hacerlo. En concreto, “el hotel” No tiene recepción, el personal de aseo se retira a la 1 de la tarde, con eso lo digo todo para no profundizar

Great location. Clean rooms and with good supply of essentials in the room itself. Breakfast was good too. Overall a nice play to stay if you are visiting Oxford.

Breakfast was excellent, good quality, and plenty of it. The room was clean but tired looking could do with general refurbishment, kitchenette tap felt like it could fall off. Plumbing was temperamental when we arrived but seemed to be fixed the next day. Make sure you pre book parking, we didn't, luckily they could accommodate us.

Breakfast was good. Parking was 30 pounds to park on the sidewalk. They gave 20 back in a restaurant/bar credit. Shower clauking was moldy, shower leaked all over the floor. Bed was ok. King size. The pictures on expedia were for sure misleading. This place was in a neighborhood that you could barely drive a car down the street. The main building where rhe restaurant was had an odd odor. I wouldnt stay there again.

The property offers good value. It’s a reasonable price and a 12 minute walk to the City center. The in room amenities were okay. The staff were helpful. We had an issue with hot water which was promptly. The Ethos cafe is handy but the food options including breakfast is only average What I didn’t like: the property should disclose prominently that accessibility may be an issue as there were many steps both to check in and to our room.

Very good staff and interesting rooms.

This is a little hotel made from some houses so there isn't a lobby or lifts. But my room was spacious and had everything I needed (little mini kitchen in the corner too!). The breakfast was excellent. We hung in the dining room at the end our our day with some drinks chatting with other guests and the bartender which was really nice. This was our favorite place to stay on this trip.

Staff was great. Very helpful. Quirky little place. Clean and all necessities.
