Dinner is good, room is big n clean; staffs very polite n friendly.

不論食物環境溫泉都非常好， 唯一唔開心係在地下選浴衣時， 發現心儀嘅浴衣破了很多洞很殘舊， 只好回房間提供的浴衣。

超值的住宿體驗：如VIP貴賓般的接待，從一進飯店開始，迎賓的鬆餅，鐵板燒師傅親自料理,米其林三星等級的晚餐，私廚般的鐵板法式早餐；奢華的大廳，有無限享用的飲料與點心！溫泉絕對是這裡的重點，超棒的！

Warm hospitality. Close to bus Yamanaka onsen termimal. Very thoughtful complimentary refreshment and nightly simplified kabuki performance in the lobby. Excellent service.

雖然酒店有點舊, 但整體住宿及服務十分滿意。 酒店去山中溫泉街有點距離，約步行10-15分鐘。 酒店晚上提供傳統日本之歌舞表演，也有免費的下午茶時間。 整體十分滿意。

非常推荐的初次温泉酒店体验，有艺伎表演，有5套浴衣及配饰可选择拍照，温泉与风景具佳，还可以到鹤仙溪hiking，加贺料理很赞，所用漆器餐具豪华名贵。

很好的服務，環境優雅，給自己一個放鬆的假期，餐點好吃，有車站接送，溫泉露天的較細，整體非常滿意，希望有機會再住。

非常舒適，雖然房間沒有私人溫泉，但酒店內的温泉設備很完善丶細緻，服務人員亦非常有禮貌，環境優美，期望下次再來❤

The stay is a package instead just a hotel stay. Walking trail (return trip 1 hour) along a river starts right from hotel; the onsen street is quiet and guests were given a map cum coupon to redeem a local snack/drink there. Check in early since there is a welcome afternoon pancake prepared in front of us. I like relaxing in the warm library room while outside temperature was 8 degrees C. Free coffee provided in the lounge most time of the stay. Free onsen room available for booking for private use. Japanese musical performance after dinner. The hotel is serene and cosy. Staff friendly, welcoming and respond to mails.

Efficient and friendly pick-up service from the train station. Relaxing and beautiful hotel layout. Staff were helpful and particularly good that some were English-speaking. Excellent dinner and breakfast with local delicacies. Great experience in general.
