挺失望的，因为预订海景房的时候有备注，差不多一周前就给前台打电话了，说需要一楼草坪区附近的房间，结果到了酒店，前台安排了一间草坪房，说是草坪区阳台最宽，还说我提的要求是其他什么情况，不知道该怎么办？房型和价格都不值，因为花的钱是另一种房型的价值，很不尊重客人。最后还给我安排到了一楼的海滩区，值得一提的是，我来check in的时候等了两个多小时，等前台卖海景房，客人不肯？然后又安排我到草坪区？如果酒店能卖海景房，我家就真的被酒店看不起了？因为我当场在草坪房投诉要换房间，结果只剩下一个房间了？完全没有安排，很不尊重客人！

我对在这家酒店的住宿感到非常满意。房间干净，设施齐全，工作人员友好且乐于助人。美味、丰盛的早餐。地处中心位置，出行便利。我一定会再来并且推荐给我的朋友和亲戚。

But the staff was helpful and carried it, but it was so inconvenient. They don't have an elevator or any. So it's a bit of a workout every day.

Nhân viên nhà hàng (quản lý khu vực bàn ăn) thái độ với khách hàng. Hỏi tới không thèm trả lời khách. Cả buổi tối và sáng hôm sau đều rất thái độ.

Tất cả đều perfect, tuy ở khu hill nhưng vẫn được phòng view biển, tuy vậy leo lên khu hill có dốc cao, nhiều bậc thang nên đến phòng hơi mỏi. Resort có bãi biển riêng nhưng chỉ thích hợp tắm buổi sáng vì buổi chiều nước rút ra xa

Dịch vụ máy lạnh quá kém, ở khu đồi qua khu biển quá bất tiện

Đồ ăn không ngon, dịch vụ cũng tệ so với giá tiền, cảnh cũng chả có gì đẹp

Do mình lần đầu đặt app nên chọn trúng phòng view đồi mà đồ trong wc không sạch và có mùi không biết kho khách trước không dùng họ để lại hay sau mà tuýp dầu gội ,dầu xả mình mở ra thấy nước đọng có mùi hôi .Với giá và view này mình thà quay lại Malibu còn hơn 😂

Our room was clean and tidy. Food alright, nothing special. We enjoyed the stay and the services there. The minus thing about this resort is that check-in time has to be after 02pm onward, and check out time is 11am. We came early around 12pm, and the room was not ready, we went to the restaurant for lunch and came back at 01pm but were still unable to get the room. Some other guests came after us, but they could check in early because their room is lower price than ours, said to the receptionist (thought bigger rooms like King or Deluxe, etc., should've got higher priority?). Wish they could be more flexible with the check-in time, and the room cleaning service team could finish faster, then I will give it 10/10. My family had to wait at the lobby for hours; In the end, we got upgraded to bigger room, plus check out time was extended to 12.30pm the day after as compensation. Overall I rate it 08/10, probably come back next time.

Phòng ở quá chật không tiện nghi, vấn đề đi lại và đậu xe bất tiện, ồn ào, ăn sáng trễ là phải chờ đợi nước uống và ly, muỗng. Wifi dù đơn giản nhưng nhânviên không hướng dẫn cụ thể, khách phải ra hỏi tiếp Tân mới được
