Handicap room the toilets are too low

Exceptionally clean lobby and room's. The exterior does not do the interior justice.

The parking area was full of snow the 2 nights we stayed. There wasn’t anything much for breakfast. Had to butter toast with a stir stick and nothing to put the toast on! No plates. It was a terrible. The bed was to hard and the pillows weren’t comfortable at all. Woke up each morning with a bad neck and headache. Oh and the 4 th floor in the hall way had a bit of a sewer smell. Sorry but that will be my last stay in that hotel. The staff were fine though.

We decided to not even check in. Forfeited our money and stay somewhere else.

Walked in and was impressed by cleanliness of lobby and decor, immediately greeted by two extremely friendly ladies behind the desk who made check in enjoyable and easy. Room was spacious and spotless, with possibly the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and . Most enjoyable stay.in the

Bed was a little too firm, but the room was nice, and the early 5am start to breakfast was appreciated. Overall great value

Rooms clean and beds are comfortable. Staff are amazing.

The hotel overall was amazing but the customer service is what stood out to me the most!!! There was a Sri Lankan girl at the front desk I believe her name may have been Anita. I can confidently say I’ve never had better customer service than hers before. She was very helpful and accommodating along with being super kind. Highly highly recommend!!

Bed was to hard and pillows not the greatest.

Property was as expected. Rooms clean and staff helpful. Only stayed overnight but would happily stay again.

Carpet free rooms with very clean floors

Everything was nice and clean & quite!

Staff was very pleasant and welcoming and the place was really clean. The room was cozy, clean and quiet. The pillows were unfortunately hard and lumpy and the air conditioning unit sounded like a lawn mower when it was running. Otherwise the stay was lovely.
