服务很好，早餐厅餐具卫生需要进一步改善。

基本环节清洁度还可。早餐时间，服务人员少了些 但服务热忱还可以。停车场内标示有待提高。

checkin时间太太长 疫情期间可以理解 但建议再增加1人服务 后面排起长队依旧没人管 期间排队入住的1位喝醉大哥看另外一位女士 转头对搀扶他的朋友说 这是不是我们的人 那朋友马上尬笑说不是我们的…细品这话…总之等了好久

The experience is good, but some other customers smoke in the lobby and no body stop him. Sometimes the smell is bad near the restroom. I think it is because of the bad design of the pipe (drain) in toilet.

離機場很近，去市區比較不方便，房間很舒適，衛浴設備也很好。

Overall good hotel, fast check in, nice staff. Only transportation is bad. There is no taxi coming inside hotel. Staff is not helping customer to call taxi. At last I have to walk to the main street to get a taxi.

服務態度好，房間乾淨，價格合理，一直是出差住房首選。

此酒店鄰近機場 交通方便 酒店設施和環境都非常新 而且餐廳水準不錯 而且餐廳水準不錯 當地人假日都會去消遣

酒店不小，但是服務不好，車子進入都不會幫忙開門，一樓寫著有咖啡廳，卻是沒開，房間內的介紹指南也不會更新，最差的是早餐及晚餐，菜色之少的可憐，不是鹹就是甜，也不會變換菜色，房間整理都要每天打電話告訴說少什麼少什麼，傻眼!!

As a Hyett Regency hotel, the quality of the service was unsatisfactory, no good in details. Need more training to the young staff.

酒店硬件不错，但是周边环境实在不可恭维，基本上周边没有超市和24小时的便利店，饭店也距离有相当的距离

房间很舒适，窗外风景也不错。

酒店中的人員都十分細心，會有主動關心客戶的需求，遇到問題時也會主動提出解決方案，真的如同它們官網寫的"以人為本"，是我在中國出差一年來遇過最貼心的酒店。 酒店周邊沒有商店或餐廳，但走大約200米處有個小商場，距萬達廣場也不是太遠，打車一個起步價就到了。

The hotel itself is good for the price. However, there is nothing around here, so you need to take a taxi or order food.

Very friendly staff and a convenient location (just 13 minutes from the airport). The room was very spacious with a great view. I would love to stay here again!
