Didn't even have to go outside...Great airport hotel.

Comfortable room and very convenient to the airport.

Clean apartment with great restaurant downstairs. Wish the bar was open 24/7

Very conveniently located by the airport. There is an enclosed passage so you don’t even have to go outside to get to the airport. The hotel is clean and modern, the rooms are good size and the staff at the front desk is excellent.

Beatrice, front desk manager greeted me with an ebullient smile. Hotel modern and comfortable and stacked with Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries. Walkable from airport so perfect for early morning departure. Had dinner there which was delicious. Perfect option for flying in or out of Krakow.

Professional, welcoming, friendly, attached to the airport, which makes it very convenient

Very easy process. We stayed here as our flight arrived late to krakow. The access to the hotel was very easy and the room was perfect for our needs. The staff at reception were very helpful and polite.

We chose this property because we had a very early flight the next day. We were able to have a good rest and be up for travel the following day. We recommend this property.

Nice enough hotel. Staff could be friendlier. I appreciate there is a language barrier in an airport hotel but the staff could be friendlier. Had the feeling they didn’t consider we were their type of clientele as we turned up in travelling clothes

Great proximity from the airport. Reception staff could be a bit more welcoming. Room spacious and comfortable with good amenities. Heating well adjustable.

Expensive! Would be nice to offer slippers.

The JP II airport is just across the street from the hotel. It is perfect for an overnight stay if your flight leaves very early in the morning. The train station is less than 5 min away walking where you can take the train to Krakow Main Station and Wieliczka Salt Mines. The hotel has a nice restaurant.
