I have a superb 2 nights stay at Raffles Jakarta with family , the check in is smooth like butter , I arrived early at 12.10 noon and the receptionist on duty was so kind he checked me in 10 minutes later. Breakfast was delicious with a wide array of food selection. Unforgettable.

Wonderful stay, wonderful staffs such a lovely experiences. Although it was only 1 night but we really had a blast, I can say the best 5 stars hotel in Jakarta so far. The service and facility is 10/10 thanks to the warmth of the staffs and the high quality services also attention to details.

Very nice warmest welcome when check in and check out. Got a welcome chocolate at room. And notes from GM. Next can I get upgrade room please 😃.

Ruangannya mevvah banget, breakfastnya satisfactory servicenya, showernya mantap, akses ke lotte mall gampang, staff sangat terasa warm dan sincere, dapet welcome coffee, ada personal butler pula, highly recommended.

The accommodation was very clean, the breakfast were tasty, and the staff were very generius with the breakfast offering.

Pengalaman menginap di Raffles Hotel Jakarta sangat menyenangkan dan mengesankan. Seluruh staff sangat ramah dan melayani dengan luar biasa. Seluruh staff berpakaian sangat rapi sesuai fungsinya masing-masing. Kamar dan fasilitas kamar sangat bagus, bersih, wangi, ekslusif. Setiap sudut di Raffles Hotel dibuat dengan memperhatikan detail dan estetika. Bayangin nih, kabel standing lamp di kamar aja dibalut kain suede biar terlihat estetik. Pegangan stainless steel di lift aja dibalut leather biar nggak licin dan dingin waktu disentuh. Proses check in dan check out nya sangat cepat. Ada taman yang bagus di lantai 14 buat jalan-jalan atau track jogging. Makanan di resto saat sarapan sangat lezat dan luar biasa. Staff di resto sangat helpful. Secara keseluruhan ini hotel terbaik di Indonesia.

It is a great hospitality in town near city and connected with wonderful mall. Many variance on food with natural taste of Indonesian food. Helpful and warm support from the employee is one of the key that potentially make everyone comfort to stay more longer in next reservation.

Kamarnya keren dan bersih banget, viewnya Oke, Makanannya enak-enak, Kolam renangnya nyaman, pegawai hotelnya ramah-ramah, Servisnya oke banget. Pokoknya bener-bener memuaskan.

Everything is OK, except, the free breakfast only provided for 1 person, instead of two.
