The room was clean and nicely decorated. Location of the hotel gave an easy access to food, entertainment and shopping. Although speed of the lift can be improved.

Nice place to stay if you are in Bintulu town. Close to many shop and restaurant for local dishes.

Only one time serve fruit. Although I stay 3 days and 2 night. suppose to be two (2) serve fruit.

Clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and approachable. A bit odd that they ran out of room slippers though. And the first hotel which I stay where tissue paper is not provided.

Great hotel. Too bad no swimming pool.
