Very good

It is a small hotel at a quite and safe location. The room is simple and clean. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. They help me to handle my issue of luggage lost and reservation issue of my next hotel. Very friendly and professional. Train and bus station is one minute walking distance. Very convenient. Will come stay again!

Next to the Messe Basel. Just 10 minutes on foot to Basel Bad station.

The room is too small. Stay one night is okay

The shower wasn’t very good. The room was very basic but fine for just sleeping in as we were out for long days.

It was hard to get your questions answered since there was nobody there. I wanted for example iron, but I had to buy one from Migros!

Hotel ist ok unten ganz ohne eine Reception. Lage direkt bei der Messe mit mehreren Tramstationen ideal

Rien de particulier. Hotel normal. C’etait ok pour 2 nuits.

Null ventilasjon og mye støy fra veien med åpent vindu er en dårlig kombinasjon.

Exactly what you expected. Only disappointment was we asked the cleaner for fresh towels and was told no. Had to use the same towels for 4 days. No bed change either.

Self check in didn't work. Had to go to Alexander Hotel
