员工很棒，尤其是早餐/晚餐自助餐的工作人员。 早餐很棒。晚餐品种少，价格也不值。不过员工和厨师都准备好了为您服务，速度很快，而且准备得更多。总的来说，这家酒店很棒。可惜我来的那天根本没看到富士山。

Nice Mt. Fuji view from breakfast area. So I think we do not need booking room with Mt. Fuji view. Old hotel but still well maintained

Service great. Receptionist can speak English. Bell desk ok. Onsen good. Like it so much. Different building with hotel. Breakfast good. Very near from Fujiq highland and Thomas land. Room simple. Have bathtub.

This hotel is amazing, from Arrival till departure we experienced a great service, even some problem happen they did handle it nicely to solve the problems. The view of mount Fuji 🗻 are amazing from the rooms windows. The lobby a lot of chairs for people to wait , chat relaxing 😌. Breakfast 😉 amazing .

We had very deep impression to stay here.. the location is very near with the Highland Park. And we had 2 onsen vouchers daily...the food is good. We enjoyed it so much

Had the most pleasant stay here. While it is only a 3 star hotel, we really felt like we were staying at 5 star hotel. The check in process, the hospitality, the food, hotel facilities. Perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
