Cobvenient Nice hotel Will stay again

Pros: nice breakfast, good attitude and helpful staffs Cons: rooms facing the main road maybe a bit noisy at night

The property was very well located to the transport link to central Liverpool. The staff were pleasant and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to explore the city and surrounding areas. The room was clean and the breakfast was cooked to order which was welcomed after a late night!

The hotel could do with some refurbishment. In bedroom cracks in ceiling, big gaps between skirting boards and walls, partly repaired scuff marks on the walls and very worn carpet. Worn carpet and old paintwork was also the case on the stairs and reception area. Was very hot and fan was quite weak. A small fridge would have been great. Bathroom was very good condition. No issues there. There were no ground floor rooms which I was not aware of. I probably should have checked. So I had to go up a flight of stairs and as I have mobility issues this was difficult. Breakfast was very good and staff very helpful and friendly. Overall it was OK but could be good with some refurbishment.

Basic room, ok location. Small hotel so not a lot of guests coming and going. Cooked to order breakfast from a limited menu was a nice touch.

Shower room had mould, bedroom had cobwebs. Alarm went off at 6:40 on my first night, did not get any explanation or apology from management. Bed sheets were clean

Lovely hotel find! Nice polite greeting and quickly able to get into our room. The bar was open and a large choice of drinks, nice clean restaurant and breakfast area. The full English was hot and set us up for the day. Our room was also clean and very comfortable with the added pleasure of a hot shower.

Rooms were very clean as was the bathroom, good shower and comfy beds

The rooms were perfect for us and the staff were amazing - from suggesting different rooms that suited us better to letting our kids help them decorate the Xmas tree to putting up with our picky eaters at breakfast! The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again if we were in the area.
