Cobvenient Nice hotel Will stay again

Pros: nice breakfast, good attitude and helpful staffs Cons: rooms facing the main road maybe a bit noisy at night

The rooms were perfect for us and the staff were amazing - from suggesting different rooms that suited us better to letting our kids help them decorate the Xmas tree to putting up with our picky eaters at breakfast! The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

We had a great stay here. Nice size carpark at the rear of the property. Hotel is located on a residential street and seems a safe area. Orrell Park train station is a 10 min walk away offering easy access to the city. The room was a good double, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Only one bedside cabinet, so maybe add one to the left of the bedside ?? Bathroom was spotless, good size and nice powerful and hot shower. We had a lovely breakfast the following morning (was included in the price). Table service after helping ourselves to cereals, yoghurt, etc. Unlimited hot drinks and toast, all brought to the table. Very pleased all round and would have no hesitation booking again.

Very nice place to stay clean but room needs updating. Very good breakfast. staff very friendly in restaurant. Receptionist needs training in hospitality as not very talkative or welcoming.

Spacious room and comfortable bed. Good breakfast and range of options. Quiet location with amenities and train station less than 10 minutes walk with a 15 minute journey to central Liverpool with frequent trains. Would stay here again.

The owner was friendly and helpful. The room central heating was'nt on so the room was heated by a fan heater which was ok as it was September. The Sink in the bathroom was blocked and you only got 1 very small bottle of Shampoo for two people. The restaurant food was nice but is not prepared on site it was delivered by Deliveroo. The breakfast was Good.

We had a wonderful stay at Orrell Park! We arrived late and were met courteously. The room was large, clean and comfortable. It also might have been the best shower in all of Europe! Breakfast was lovely the next morning. I wish our stay could have been longer! Highly recommend!
