They don't provide additional complimentary dental kits but do it at a price even though we are staying for 5 nights. Shower soap ran out during our stay but they ran out of stock to refill it which they instead provided a bar soap. Overall still a great stay with close proximity to many places which we can walk to. Tram stops located just right outside the hotel too. Would still consider staying here again if I'm in Melbourne.

There were many facilities and amenities that we could use, and the receptionists were also very friendly and helpful. However, it 's a pity that there is no WiFi available, and you'd need to get a pocket WiFi instead.

Location great, amenities complete, clean room and helpful staff. One throw back is the room has no heater. It has air condition but it is not effective using the reverse process (set high to 30 degree) during winter with temperature low as 6-7 degree outside.

The rooms is not cleaned everyday, really hard to get the housekeeping to clean the rooms, we called at 15.00 but they say they are finish at 16.00. There is no compartment in the bathroom, so you will have to put all your stuffs in the floor, very messy. There is no free wifi, all you have is just prepaid mifi if you want internet. Not really professional hotel management. Might be the first and the last for us.

The rooms not cleaned up everyday as it should be .. for some room we have to ask every time we need the cleaning but some of the rooms still not cleaned as they only have the housekeeping until 16.00. The bathrooms got no compartment for the amenities so all your stuff will be put in the floor. There is no free wifi. Might be the first and the last for us.
