ห้องในรูปที่จองในแอป ต่างกับของจริงโดยสิ้นเชิง ผมเลยต้องไปเช่าโรงแรมใหม่ จองห้องขนาด3คน แต่ห้องเล็กเหมือนพักคนเดียว หน้าต่างไม่มี เตียงก็จะพัง ตอนจอง3คืน ราคาสี่พันกว่า พอมาดูอีกรอบ ราคาถูกกว่าตั้งครึ่งนึง รู่สึกเสียใจมากๆ และเสียตังฟรีด้วย

Hotelnya bersih, gratis laundry. Lokasi dekat MTR dan bus a-A1 ke bandara. Dekat mal, dekat ladies market. Pintunya berkode. Kamar mandi bagus, ada air panas dan locker kecil.

It's our second time staying in this hotel, location is just perfect, near mtr, restaurant, shopping center, street food and bus stop to airport. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you so much Apple Inn Mongkok. You rock!

Horrible hotel. The room smelly the front office is very rude. The AC not working. This hotel should not be operated.

Jorok banget hotelnya, pegawai masuk kamar tiba-tiba tengah malam tanpa mengetuk pintu.

Hostel cukup bersih dan terawat. Cuma bingung cari lokasinya aja (rata-rata flat di HK memang susah sih ya) and amenities harus minta di awal check-in biar tidak bolak balik. Lokasi sebelah chung hin building.

I am on the side of unsatisfied due to some unbelievable experience we book 2 rooms and one rooms is fine and the other room bathroom has little to no space in taking a bath and what worst is it has foul smell on it and there so called free drinks in a look like a machine always doesn't replenish no cup or no water so useless but at least they have free luggage storage if you would like to get your luggage later after checking out the value of the money is fine I got what I paid for but I am expecting better bathroom

The receptionist doesn't friendly and I don't think it's best decision to give us room that so small, messy and dusty for 2 adults, 1, 7 year old kid and 1 elderly. And the room not being cleaned everyday during our 11 nights stay. I was so jealous when I saw other rooms bigger than mine.

Kami sekeluarga dikasih kamar dekat resepsionisnya, agak kurang nyaman karena bolak balik dengan stafnya. Hotel ini dekat dengan transportasi ke bandara untuk pulang naik bus A21 , NA21, dan N21. Kebersihannya agak kurang dan cukup sempit kamarnya.

What you pay, what you get. Do not respect too much because Hong Kong really small.

The room is so bad bad bad. It's only about 30cm between the bed and toilet. Smeels not good. The bathroom to small and dirty. I am very dissapointed to stay there and I pay high cost for a hostel. Very very 100% bad.

Kamarnya ga ada ventilasi jd gampang bau & pengap. Orang2nya berisik padahal sudah tengah malam masih aja ketawa-ketawa dan kalau mencuci suka dibanting itu penutup mesin cucinya padahal tutup pelan-pelan kenapasih. Jd orang yg istirahat jadi keganggu. Mana saya Dapat diranjang atas tangganya terlalu. sempit. Tp ya sedikit lumayan karna air minum mau yg panas/dingin selalu tersedia. Dan bagusnya ada kamar mandi di dalam

While we are sleeping. Someone open the door and enter our room without any explanation. No water in the bowl.

The room was ridiculously small and it felt crowded. The place was dirty too and one roommate had plastic bags all over her bed. I checked out as soon as possible, didn’t even slept there because of how small and dirty it was.

Worst place ever. If you’re looking for the right place to stay, well this is not the right place! Receptionists are not always available. There were other guests who would like to check out but there’s no one to assist. It took them almost 3 hours before someone assisted them, we ask one person to assist them to check out but she said No because she’s sleeping. The room so tiny and the worst part is, smells like sweat and dirty clothes. We have one person who’s also running the place with us in our room (Not sure if she is really one them but she’s talking to other guests if they have questions) and she snores really loud. Mattress is so thin that as if you’re sleeping on the floor. Also check the pictures uploaded to see how dirty is the bathroom and you can see exposed wires of the water heater which is not safe. If you’re going to tell me I got what’s my money worth it means that my money doesn’t have a value at all.
