旅館沒有提供足夠的停車位，連旁邊的街道都沒空位，必需把車子停去更遠的地方不方便。 感覺是老旅館有自己的風格，環境整潔，電梯不太方便使用。 Wifi訊號不太穩。 如果沒自己開車，又只是需要睡覺，是個還可以的平價選擇（但離市中心不算太近）

性价比高，干净舒适，外出方便

Estaba limpio, pero las habitaciones requieren mucho mantenimiento. Escuché que otro huésped pidió cambiar su habitación porque tenía mucho moho, la mía tenía hoyos en las molduras. Solo hay 4 espacios de estacionamiento y se ocupan muy rápido, el hotel no da mas alternativas.

La habitación tenía moho, grietas en paredes , no tenía agua caliente , camas incómodas

La habitación está bien, pero tuve problemas con la configuración de Netflix en la televisión. Y no hubo agua caliente en el baño.

La puerta del baño estaba rotas y no cerraba bien

The room was great. Water pressure fantastic. Air conditioner worked fine, so did the ceiling fan. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I would have liked to stay longer and spend Christmas there. But had to move around. The wifi was great and fast. I did not loose anytime with work. I loved it there and We hope to go back. And enjoy that fantastic pool some more.

At some point, this must have been a nice small hotel but it isn't anymore. The staff was nice enough but not helpful about the local area and indifferent to small requests. The restaurant is closed. The pool is shabby and the water feature is broken. The walls are thin so any noise, particularly the children next door and the maintenance team's table saw, was quite intrusive. The window in the room could not be locked, but, hey, they had screwed the screen in place instead. The room was gorgeous but the furniture is threadbare and due for renovation. The jetted soaking tub was the best part but not even that was enough to keep us in the room for our full reservation. We left early, forfeiting part of our stay, to find a place with more amenities and services.

This is not at all what was advertised. Upon checking in, we went to the first room, the bathroom had water all over the floor, toilet and bathtub which was disgusting with mold on the side. Got assigned to a new room, this one the bathroom was at least useable. But the shower/tub had lukewarm water at best, the ac unit sucks, there was no complimentary water we went to OXXO to get a couple of bottles. And oh yeah, the restaurant hall are supposed to have is closed for “remodeling”. Never again will I stay here, you should just be honest what condition the property is in instead of lying and trying to make the hotel more desirable

Para solicitar la factura piden enviar un correo, cuando ellos al momento de solicitarlo no deberían pedir tantos pasos para obtenerla, es engorroso estar realizando trabajo extra cuando lo que quieres es descansar

La habitación tenía un mueble sin las patas traseras, el propósito de mi visita era presentar un examen, entonces no podía poner mi lap ahí, pedí que me cambiaran de habitación, había muchos zancudos, no había ni siquiera un vaso, salí a comprar insecticida y después de un rato el cuarto seguía caliente, hable a recepción y el señor de mala manera contestó, fue a la habitación a querer regañarme, no nos cambiaron de cuarto, el baño tiene una fuga de agua que no deja de escucharse, el agua de la regadera muy bien caliente y con buena presión

Está cerca de la clínica de Mérida, y viajo con frecuencia por cuestiones médicas

El clima no funciono, no cuenta con estacionamiento, el personal prepotente

Bonita, el elevador es muy pequeño, tina de baño muy vieja o sin mantenimiento, no me gusto que la regadera estaba arriba de la tina, habia un foco fundido en el area del baño. No tiene restaurante y la alberca no te da ganas de estar en ella.
