The only reason in Monclova, is for business. Very small town so not many hotel selections. The One is a chain hotel, and we stayed in Queretaro one too. No surprise but it's ok since there are not too many selections. Breakfast is free but not tempting at all. After all, it's a business hotel, clean and simple, you can't ask more!! By the way, shower head isn't adjustable, and toilet paper quality is really bad. Other than that, great hotel service! Wifi is excellent!!!

El trato excelente, habitaciones muy limpias y sibre todo con agua caliente es la segunda vez que llego al hotel y me ha encandi su servicio. Ademas de su desayuno incluido muy bien.

Someone het my car and broke my tail light and hotel don’t even have cameras and they don’t help me at all terrible place to Stay 😡

El clima de la habitación. Debo hacer la aclaración que el personal se portó de maravilla pero la habitación no tiene clima e incluso me hicieron cambio de habitación y cambio de hotel.

Para empezar me dieron una hab q estaba ocupada y en lo q averiguaron q habia pasado tuve q esperar medía hora mas para q me asignaran otra, al siguiente día me mti a bañar y oh sopresa se acabo el agua, hable a recepcion y me dijeron q no sabian q pasaba, mandaron a alguien de mantenimiento q me dijo q x una fuga habían cerrado la toma pregunte q x q no habían avisado y el tipo muy grosero levanto los hombros y dijo ay yo no se, no tenemos por q avisat, unasituacion muy incomoda

El hotel se quedó sin agua, No se tenía la certeza de alguna hora para restablecer el servicio, me retire sin asearme del hotel

Total desastre, mala actitud y servicio de las recepcionistas, la calefacción no calentó, en la mañana no hubo agua y la actitud de la recepcionista nuevamente negativa.
