The room is spacious and fully equipped. The view is good. We have a good time here. Staff is very helpful. Highly recommended.

The room is clean and bright. A number of home appliances are ready in the room, such as humidifier, air purifier, aromatherapy machine, and jacuzzi. Staffs are very helpful and can speak fluent English. You must have a car to visit the hotel as it is not close to the train station. Also, the hotel is next to busy traffic road, it has some noise even at the night time.

The BEST hotel ever! Nice staffs, excellent services, all new facilities, shuttle car service is so helpful when stay near enoshima! Surely be back again!!

Free TV MOD, which 8s rare around Tokyo hotels. Room TV is allowed to be casted through your cell YOUTUBE. Also the Bose stereo can be connected via cell bluetooth which make cell audio transfered to room speaker. Excellent equipment and cozy environment, very impressive.

設備高級及齊備，包括放濕器、香薰機、空氣清新機、Bose音機、Jacuzzi 等；服務員招呼非常殷勤；早餐有很多選項；可惜入住二樓海景房實質沒有海景（可能更高樓層才可看到）

有welcome drink，另外可以自選兩套沖涼套裝和一款浴鹽，房間內所有用品都免費使用，包括咖啡機、香芬機，和自選影院，房間內還有按摩浴池，設備真的非常一流，必定會再次入住。 出門可以要求飯店專車送到附近車站。

員工親切友善, 由一進門到離開每位員工都好熱心好有禮貌 有多種沐浴品牌選擇, 又有WELCOM DRINK 房間乾淨, 房內設施現代化~ 洗手間及房間感覺寛敝舒適 早餐選擇很多~ 每樣都超乎預期,感覺非常窩心 由於我自駕, 酒店有停車場, 不用週圍搵泊車地方,所以我覺得方便 駕車到藤澤站市中心都係十分鐘左右, 駕車到江之島只不過五分鐘 會向朋友推薦入住, 有機會一定再入住的

酒店位於大馬路旁，鄰近新江之島水族館/江之島等景點，亦有免費接送到江之電湘南海岸公園站。 房間不大但整潔，設施齊備，如咖啡機/香薰機/空氣清新機等。 入住時亦有不同品牌的淋浴露/浴鹽可供選擇。 如有機會再次到湘南一帶，一定再次入住。

Extraordinary customer service. Staff are all very nice and they have good English speaking staff for foreign visitors. Room amenities are nice. Highly recommend this hotel if you would like to visit Enoshima and Kamakura.

Hotel Staff is very nice, English may notbe their first language but they will try hard to use English to introduce hotel facilities. Check in with welcome drinks. Room is awesome with a lot of equipments for enjoying the stay. Definitely will visit and stay again in this hotel
