Compared to all of the other options in Sihanoukville, this place would be rated towards the top. Rooms are suitable, staff is very kind, restaurant is well run and fairly priced. Towels were a bit moldy so extra care to the laundry would improve the overall experience.

I was arrived at 2.00pm, and was given a room key. But when i went to the room, the room is not ready yet. Then i went to receptionist and was given another room. The room is spacious with large bath tub, but somehow they don't provide soap and shampoo, only got cotton bud and shower cap. Never mind cause i bring my own. Met the hotel owner, friendly man, had some conversation with him. The breakfast is actually quite good, many variety of food. Its halal compliance as said by other traveller. The location is perfect, its walking distance from golden lion roundabout and serendipity pier.

My room got upgrade to bigger room. 😍 Perfect location. Nice and friendly staff. Got variety of food and its halal too

4 stars hotel. Are you joking? So bad. Broken facilities (hair dryer, lamp, bathtub...) I took photos it. But I don't know how to put here for you to see. Please don't come this hotel if you pay for 4 stars. Receptionist can't speak English well. 5 people but 1 can speak English. The rest of cant speak at all. On Sunday ( 29th Oct) 2 ladies in morning shift was ok. But in afternoon shift, she looks like she was in sad service. After talking to me, I just ask for plastic bag or ask her to help me to find something to pack my dry fish. She even didn't care about me. I just stand there to wait for her to find the bag. I don't know she didn't understand English or she didn't want to do. So bad service hotel. And then, I asked the boy (he can't speak english at all) but he can understand my body language. Thanks god. They ignored me at all. don't book twin bed city view. It's old dirty and stupid design. I changed to another twin bed because shower tab is broken. Why they give it to me. Second room still look old. Anyway don't believe 4 stars. 2 star is ok. And Service is worse than guest house.

Phòng rộng rãi, có view nhưng không đẹp. Nhân viên lúc check in có vẻ hơi khó chịu và tìm booking rất lâu, còn lại nhân viên rất thân thiện dễ thương. Đồ ăn nhà hàng không ngon.
