我很满意，因为酒店离南大门市场很近。房间虽小但很舒适。酒店员工（工作时间内）友善热情。这家酒店是自助式的（夜间和入住/退房）。

The location is great! Very close to Namdaemun and not far from Myeongdong and Seoul station! Even during the freezing Seoul winter, the room is always warm!

Buat kamar lumayan tapi gak sesuai harga untuk fasilitas yang di dapet karena kita gak dapet minum dan sikat gigi yang mana biasanya itu selalu dapet buat di hotel hotel kecil, karena di hotelnya juga gak ada respsionisnya. Sistemnya self check in dan check out sesuai waktu yang ditentukan, terus kebetulan kemarin saat saya bermalam sekitar jam 2 malam alarm kebakaran berbunyi kencang tapi bingung mau nanya kesiapa karena gak ada resepsionisnya. Alhamdulillahnya gak terjadi apa apa mungkin kesalahan teknis atau ada salah satu costumer yang mererokok jadi terdeteksi asap. Untuk masuk kategori hotel kayaknya sih ini egk deh hehe.

โรงแรมสกปรกมาก ผ้าปูที่นอน มีแต่ขน มีรอยเปื้อน เหมือนไม่ได้กวาดห้อง เปลี่ยนผ้าปู ห้องเหม็น จองไป 4 คืน ต้องจำใจนอน ได้ 1 คืน เพราะเดินทางมาเหนื่อยมาก จากห้องพัก แล้วแทนที่จะพักแบบสบายใจ แต่เยอแล้วอยากกลับบ้านเลย

Banyak yang komplain tentang pegawai yang tidak ramah dan fasilitas yang kurang memuaskan. Tapi pengalaman saya selama menginap di K-Pop Hotel Seoul Tower cukup menyenangkan. Pegawainya Niki, Jo dan satu lagi saya lupa cukup ramah dan menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan saya soal rekomendasi makanan, money changer dan lain-lain. Kami sempat ngobrol juga waktu makan malam di basement-nya, orangnya asik-asik. Tidak ada sarapan, kamarnya memang sangat kecil, bahkan koper pun harus masuk ke kolong kasur, tapi tidak masalah. Kamar mandi sama seperti di Indonesia yang bersatu antara toilet dan tempat bilas. Air panas buat mandi pun lancar, tidak seperti yang saya dengar dari teman-teman yang katanya air panasnya suka mati. Dari harganya sangat cocok untuk backpacker, atau maksimal keluarga kecil anak satu. Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan pasar tradisional Namdaemun, dan cuma beberapa stopan bis ke Myeongdong.

Location wise as it nearby with namdaemun market & hohyeon station. Just few minutes walk. But, be aware that the hotel was on the hill. It would be quite a challenge to bring large suitcase or stroller. Room small as expected but still have space to open suitcase and toilet was clean. No funny smell and such. Bed and pillow was comfortable. Have working heater, air cond,TV with korean channel, hair dryer, mini refrigerator, shower cream & shampoo. Towel provided is body size. Unlike most hotel in Korea that provide only face size towel. Staff speak limited English. Pantry at level B1 furnished with washer, microwave, large refrigerator, electric kitchen and hot/cold water machine. Can do simple cooking and hang dry your clothes at terrace Level 4. This hotel also listed in SAFEX delivery baggage. I used it on my last day, which is so convenient to travel without thinking about to back to hotel to pick my luggage. No early check in allowed. Only check in at 3 PM. You can leave the bag at front desk but be aware sometime no receptionist there as they do hotel cleaning. Better to inform them your expected arrival time early so you won't be confused like me. I almost thought we need do self check in or they do not have our booking. Overall, I enjoy my stay here as they have all necessities especially washer as I am light traveller. Thank you Kpop Hotel Seoul Tower!

ห้องพักดี สะอาด เดินทางสะดวก อยู่ใกล้ subway มาก แต่ห้องแอบไม่เก็บเสียง แต่โดยรวมถือว่าดีมาก

Pengalaman saya di hotel ini sangat memuaskan, pegawai hotelnya juga ramah dan baik hati menolong kami yang sudah check-out malah bole titip koper dan balik lagi ke basement untuk makan malam sebelum check-in di hotel. Saya sudah beberapa kali datang ke korea dan menginap di sini selalu menyenangkan.
