Horrible

Excellent service, friendly staff.

We loved the area around the check in counter. The big logs used around the sitting area were beautiful. Our room and bathroom was clean. The mattress was very comfortable. I have back issues and I was able to sleep with no pain.

Excellent stopover while travelling! The only suggestion would be automatic doors for front entrance.

It provided a comfortable and clean place to sleep, a very clean pool area and was very quiet. The staff we encountered were all very friendly. We had an early start the next morning and it was a nice surprise to see breakfast was available 30 minutes before the advertised time.

The place was packed with national Park travelera but is was not loud or rowdy. The staff were excellent and the facilities were accessible.

Close to the airport. Clean and spacious room. Bed was a little worn but decent.

Pros-We were right on the freeway and our room was so quiet. We also got upgraded which was a nice surprise. The hotel was very clean. Cons-Front desk guy hates his job. Our bed was not comfortable, it definitely needs replaced. Breakfast was mid (cereal, toast, bagels, yogurt, sausage (not cooked enough) eggs and waffles) would have liked fresh fruit. Still with those cons I would stay here again.

Very well-maintained hotel, did not feel like a big chain hotel which is something you don’t get much of these days. We highly recommend visiting Bozeman Hot Springs while you’re there. A nice and relaxing end to our week long Yellowstone vacation.

Overall, the hotel is fine. It’s clean, comfortable, and convenient in location. There’s a pool + hot tub and breakfast. The majority of the staff is also very friendly and kind. That all being said, our experience left such a bad taste that we will make sure to never come back. And we don’t recommend this place to any of our friends. The GM/owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional. There was no warning or signage around the hotel saying that they were going to be paving the parking lot on one of the days of our stay. We had taken our other car to go explore and bike at Big Sky, which is 50 miles and over an hour’s drive on a two lane road from where the hotel is. The GM called us while we were biking and demanded to know why we hadn’t moved our car before leaving. We had no idea that we couldn’t park at the hotel where we paid and were going to be staying at that night (we had already been there for one night). He said we should drive all the way back to move the car and that it was our responsibility to ask about parking. That is absurd and makes absolutely no sense at all. He was super rude and snippy and talked over us constantly. I felt like a child being scolded in school. Shame on you. It’s not your customers’ job to accommodate your terrible lack of planning and general lack of communication. Don’t stay here unless you like being disrespected.

We have a great overnight stay while on our way to Glacier NP. Awesome night rest in a clean room with comfy beds. The staff, lobby, and hotel were a great experience. If we make it back out this we would definitely stay again.

Easy access to shopping and restaurants

Stuff wasn’t great , switch my room from suite to 2 queen bed , no reason and room wasn’t clean

Strict check in time of 3 and not before even if rooms are ready.

Nice clean room. Friendly staff. My only complaint—Poor lighting inside of room. Very hard to see once it got dark outside.

We stayed for one night on our way out of Yellowstone. The property is a 2 star hotel. It was clean, relatively quiet. The Wi-Fi worked. The ice machine is located near the front desk and our room was furthest from.
