Akomodasi sesuai dengan yang di aplikasi pelayanan oke bagus sigap. Tempatnya enak dan untuk Family dan honeymoon sangat recommend.

Terima kasih untuk sambutan hangatnya di malam tahun baru. Baru bisa check in jam 9 malam karena kepadatan Bali yang luar biasa. Untuk kamarnya mantap, bersih, luas. Ada kitchen setnya, gasnya nyala, piring-piring lengkap, pisau talenan, galon merk ternama. Kolam renang bersih, kamar mandi juga bersih. Air panas on terus. Handuk lengkap ada handuk mandi dan berenang. Mantap deh. Dan terima kasih agen online yang telah memberikan harga spesial. Luar biasa, sangat melebihi ekspetasi dibanding harga yang dibayarkan. Sering-sering flash sale 90% ya.

Suasana nyaman, parkir juga luas.

Menyenangkan, kesan pertama homey banget nih villa 😍 Pelayanannya bagus, mbak masnya ramah banget, suasana romantis, vilanya bersih dan lengkap ada dapurnya isinya lengkap nyaman banget disini, Kalau ke ubud mau pesan disini lagi uwu 🥰 Terima kasih ubud heaven benar-benar surga dunia, terima kasih jamuannya yang luar biasa 😍

Kamarnya bagus meskipun jalannya lumayan jauh buat ke kamar, harus lewat jembatan dulu dan view pemandangan di depan kamar juga bagus, Cuma lampu di ruang tamu menurut saya kurang terang, dan kolam renangnya juga kurang bersih, di bagian dalem kolamnya kaya ada pasir gitu, Tapi masih oke lah, banyak ada handuknya, dikasi handuk mandi dan handuk untuk berenang di masing-masing kamar, jadi tidak becek pas masuk kamar, Breakfastnya banyak ada pilihannya, terus pelayanannya juga bagus, next time kalau ke Ubud bakal balik lagi menginap di sini.

Pelayanannya tidak memuaskan dan tidak sopan.

We had our second time to enjoy our weekend here but turned out it was not as good as the first time we have visited this place. During check in they said there is no reservation under my name until I showed them the booking and finally they found it and said that our villa has been upgraded to the two bedrooms which I am not really sure because it's only two of us and we said ok because we don't have any choices. After we were ok with the upgraded room, they again said that the other bedroom will be locked which we couldn’t use it (what was the point they upgraded our room?! Eventhough we will never use the other bedroom). The fo said that we can have breakfast in the restaurant or in the villa which will be other additional charges for the delivery fee or whatsoever, and then I called them tomorrow morning to order the breakfast and asked them to deliver it into my room, the man whose on the phone answer me “you can have breakfast in the restaurant because now er are quite busy”. Such unprofessional staff and I do not really recommend this for the travellers.

Staf ramah, pemandangan sesuai dengan yang di deskripsikan, fasilitas lengkap, worth it, hanya saja tidak ada airport transfernya adapun harus membayar dengan harga mahal.

Service is not reflect a 4 stars hospitality. Cleanliness also not reflect rating.

Ubud Heaven Sayan is the best place for your quality holiday. I want to stay for the long time in the nexts trip. See you again Sayan !

Recomended! Khususnya bagi yang suka hotel yang menyatu dengan alam dengan kebosanan rutinitas kota. Hotelnya besrsih, pelayanan ramah, dan Mantul lah

Kamar dan kamar mandi besar, air panas oke. Dekat hotel ada restoran dan kafe keren banget, namanya Sayan house, dan food oke banget, dari hotel keluar belok kanan tidak jauh, sekitar 5 menit.

The entrance gate is small, you barely see the board name. But it is huge inside, didn't expect it would be such large area. We spent 2 nights here, in a 1 BR villa, we got a spacious room, with a pool inside the villa. It was nice, if you're looking for quiet, green scenery, in the middle of natural forest kinda experience, this would be your place! But beware of mosquitoes, because there's little forest inside, but not to worry because they provide this electrical kinda anti-mosquitoes. Also, they offer shuttle from villa to the city, Ubud Market everyday at 11:30AM, so you can save some transport budget.

Villanya bagus, bersih, kolam renangnya bagus, ada perlengkapan dapur dan makan yang cukup, cuma sarapannya kurang variasi menunya.

Cocok untuk pencari ketenangan. Dekat dengan gaya gelato, ubud raw chocolate. butuh perjalanan lagi untuk ke ubud centre.

Liburan yang luar biasa, saya bersama 2 anak saya sangat nyaman menginap disini, kamarnya bersih dan kolam renangnya bersih. Suasananya betul-betul private. 4 jempol buat Ubud Heaven 👍
