ที่พักที่ลงในเว็ปไม่ชัดเจน ไม่ตรงตามความเป็นจริง เก็บค่ามัดจำกุญแจแพงเกินไป ถ้าเทียบกับโรงแรม5ดาวที่อื่น

ที่พักดีมาก ขนาดเป็นห้องพัดลม

ไฟในห้องน้ำไม่ทำงาน ไม่มีน้ำดื่มสำหรับลูกค้าฉันเช็คอินตอนกลางคืนฉันแค่ต้องการน้ำดื่มฉันไม่สามารถติดต่อรีเซฟชั่นเพื่อแจ้งปัญหาหาได้ ฉันรู้สึกผิดหวังกับการบริการ และที่แย่ที่สุดคือน้ำฉันไม่สามารถอาบน้ำได้น้ำไหลน้อยมากและไม่ไหล สีของน้ำคือสีเหลืองมีฝุ่นและตะกอนมากฉันใช้ซื้อน้ำสำหรับดื่มเพื่อล้างหน้า

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staffs, clean and nice room, the sew view is also nice. The only thing we didn't like was the hot water in the bathroom. it was not enough for 2 people taking shower, hence we had to wait for hours until the water become hot again and 1 of us can take a shower. Overall, it is still be a nice place to stay. I will come back again.
