The room had roaches and the shower had floor damage and felt like you would fall right through the bottom

Room was big and beds were comfortable but the fire alarm went off twice through the night. Once was 3:45 am which was not fun.

The peoperty never had towels we had to ask for sugar. The bed was hard the property spells like wet carpet. Chris was the only staff member that made himself available the rest half spoke of answered questions

Clean room , television has a lot of great channels to watch.

We have a thing about towels. We like them thick and numerous. These were thin and few. Asked for more at front desk and they were even thinner. The front desk people were nice and efficient and the room was clean and the bed was comfy. The fridge didnt work. Continuously cut on then cut off after 3 seconds 24/7. This resulted in little sleep. Last thing was, the hallway stunk. Beautiful wife agrees. We will look for a different place next time in Harlingen.

Needs a bit of updating.

Hotel lost power and AC

Very noisy at 3 am people at pool, babies crying. Slamming doors all night long. Not a good place for your pets.

The cleaning service is only once a week. Had to go down stairs to trade dirty towels for clean ones because they only have maid service for once a week

Room did t have all the amenities it was promised to have. The front desk female clerk had me chasing housekeeping for towels. Room was t cleaned the following day. The shampoo/conditioner and soap bottles were empty and despite calling twice to have them refilled, they weren’t. Left message to have a manager call and no one ever did. Asked for Area Manager info and was declined that information.

The place needs updating

We really love this place , we celebrate stay our wedding there , we couldn’t choose a better place.
