Problems with room registration, was traveling with a group and booked large amounts of rooms, had to change name of one of the rooms and they charged me 260£ for that. Not happy and will not bring groups there again.

Zimmer schön sauber. Personal zuvorkommend.

Was awakened by hotel staff (knocking on the room door) at 2320, at which point they asked if I was a different person.

It’s was lovely and clean not much hot water and the lights in the room didn’t work, but apart from that the staff seemed pleasant and helpful. And comfortable room.

Stayed for one night as did West End and then Tower Of London the day after. Bathroom is a ‘wet room’ concept with a very poor shower.

Excellent value, small rooms but modern and bright. Easy walk to Tower and river. Bus stop for four routes outside the door.
