床與洗手間都清潔，唯獨企缸去水處有些慢，熱水時熱時轉冷，2人床只得一張單人椅，另一人要企或坐床，希望這些能改善，大致上都尚好

stayed four nights in a single room with bathroom - the room is clean and looks renewed recently - be warned that the hotel is beside a nightclub. There may be DJ playing songs very loudly until 2am, especially on weekend. It is not in every night though. - staffs are helpful but no housekeeping - the location is convenient

The manager of hotel is very nice. The location is very close Inverness railway station and easily approach there.

Everything was good with a few quirks - like the shower doors were sitting off the rails (easy fix), and some thin walls and enthusiastic neighbours (not the property’s fault).

Upon arrival, i was told at check in that myself and my 2 children, aged 11 and 14, were to be put into 2 separate rooms or apartments as they called them. My booking clearly stated 1 room, 3 single beds. I was then told that they had no rooms that filled that criteria. I took the keys and went to our rooms, which weren't onsite, but on another street entirely, which also wasn't mentioned.adter inspection, i wejt back to reception and said i was not happy with the rooms, and in fairness, I was given a better choice of room. 1 double and bunk beds. The room itself was fine, but the shower head was filthy, and i had to clean it before showering. Overall, i wouldnt stay here again.

Worst experience. Upon arrival, we were moved to a completely different location without proper notice. The new property had no Wi-Fi, and when we messaged for help, no one replied. We also missed breakfast because it was too difficult to travel back to the original property. Overall, very poorly managed and extremely disappointing. Would not recommend.

La habitación no había tenido la mejor limpieza antes de que llegáramos. No había las toallas que indicaba su carpeta de información y no había papel higiénico en el sanitario. La regadera está rota y en general se escucha mucho ruido de las demás habitaciones y el pasillo.

Dirty, broken shower, cold and very noisy between 9pm and 4 am

The room could have been cleaner (I.e. vacuumed!) on arrival. No toiletries/ soap/ shower-gel etc. available either. Staff were polite and pleasant however.

Room was ok but no sign of remote for TV. I was assisted by staff in accessing room as I had been delayed. The facilities were as I expected and would use them again.

Room was comfortable

I had asked for oat milk, never got it! The breakfast was very prepackaged except for normal toast, with 1 type of jam. The property is upstairs and my room was up two more, I was offered a room on reception floor with shared bathroom, sharing with female receptionist so I took it, unfortunately there was a man using it too. I will never do that again.

No elevator, no parking (paid parking several blocks away), the room was tiny and no electrical outlets at the bed. The single pane windows let noise and cold air into the room and the curtains were falling off the curtain rods. The bathroom had broken fixtures and floor tiles. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Staff was friendly rooms were clean

Very disappointing. Room had a horrible smell, the shower didnt drain, so had to limit showers so that it didnt flood the bathroom. The towels were damp, we had no toilet paper. Would definitely look at other options next time.
