Everything here is lovely! The staff are warm and attentive, and the receptionist was welcoming. However, management could improve transparency about the villa names and layouts. I booked the ‘Royal Villa,’ drawn in by photos that made it look spacious and luxurious—but those photos were clearly taken at strategic angles. Upon arrival, I was directed to a villa named ‘Villa Tiga,’ which was not exactly what I expected. When I asked, I was told, ‘Oh, all the villas here are the same.’ If that’s the case, it would be much more straightforward to include the actual villa names and accurate photos in the descriptions. Clearer information would help set the right expectations for guests. Additionally, there’s a serious safety issue. The floor between the open salon and the garden becomes dangerously slippery after it rains. On November 1st, at 1 a.m., my friend slipped on that floor and ended up needing 10 stitches in his head. A simple rubber mat or some kind of traction would make a huge difference in preventing accidents. I hope this concern is addressed to improve safety for future guests.

The villa is wonderful, the service is great. They even provide personal butler for you, Bli Andy has given us wonder service and he has a friendly and warm personality. He even cook with my son for a morning cooking lesson while preparing for our breakfast

Great experience! Awal booking untuk 6 hari! Pertama kali datang, villa nya sangat terawat, bagus, sama dengan apa yang ada di foto. Karena terlalu nyaman, akhirnya memutuskan untuk extend 8 hari ke depan. Team House Keepingnya semua baik, ramah, seru, sopan dan sangat membantu. Sarapannya enak². Matur suksma Mbok Ani, Mbok Sini, Ayu, Bli Andy dan teman-teman. Teknisi juga semua sangat fast respon. Stay blessed, you all 💙. Terima kasih Bali Asri. Ukuran kamar termasuk luas diantara Villa sebanding, private pool yang luas juga dan pelayanan Breakfast yang sangat OK. Lokasi dekat sekali dengan pantai cukup dengan jalan kaki, bravo Villa Bali Asri Batubelig 👍🏼.

Pengalaman menginap yang tidak terlupakan, pertama kali datang disambut dengan keramahan, barang-barang dibawakan oleh staff, kamar kami di upgrade dari delux ke royal, pelayanannya sangat ramah, breakfast dibuat langsung di dapur villa hidangannya enak-enak, semua staff ramah kepada anak kecil, bisa ngasih makan ikan di kamar mandi ada kolam ikannya, gak ada nyamuk di villa karena setiap sore selalu ada staff yang datang membawa obat nyamuk, disediakan buah dan welcome drink, disediakan juga handuk untuk renang, ada speaker juga bisa dengerin musik, villanya dekat dengan pusat oleh-oleh krisna, pantai-pantai sekitar kuta, seminyak, batubelig, batu bolog, dekat kemana-mana, tempatnya sangat asri sekali. Terima kasih villa bali asri anak saya betah sekali berenang di sana🙏 pelayanannya juara, semoga saya dan keluarga bisa lagi kesana 😍🥰. Saran saya lampu menuju kamar villa lebih terang lagi. Selebihnya sudah sangat bagus, pertahankan 🌝

预订这里的时候我没什么期待，但这里的热情好客真是太棒了，五星好评，感谢入住期间的热情接待。这里干净整洁，设施齐全，不像其他老别墅，维护得也很好。地理位置优越，一定会再来的。

I love the villa, been stayed there twice. And recommend it as one of the most comfortable and relax villa in Bali. You can walk to the Batubelig Beach for sunset or sunrise. Great area to go to seminyak area, without the whole traffic.

The villa is great, clean and spacious. Really love the vibe and I really enjoy staying. I would love to go back and stay here! The staff was really kind and helpful, they gave me a free upgrade to a bigger villa.. Thank you Villa bali asri batubelig! Memorable stay here! Keep it up!
