the location of the hotel is very nice. People at reception were very friendly , helped me a lot and provided very useful information. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Vienna.

Location is not easy to find for the first time. However, it is actually very close to Metro, just close to the street with Addidas. My room is very small, but nicely decorated. Air con is good. Shower room is small but clean. The gentleman of the front desk is extremely helpful and friendly. This is a good hotel for budget travellers.

Room and amenities were very nice, clean, quiet, comfortable room We had some questions and the phone in the room connected me directly to someone who was very helpful

Check in was easy. Room was clean mostly but fridge was dirty with black stuff on a shelf. Room was small but hotel is very conveniently located.

It was nice but as an old fashioned travellers I would prefer to see a front desk and someone that I can talk to

Muy reconendable. Buena ubicación, muy limpio y buena relación calidad precio. Detalle de cápsulas de cafe, y botellas de agua frescas en la nevera. El baño completo con secadir , artículos de aseo. Todo genial.

Muy atentos, te dejan agua, café y una nota personalizada, el cuarto muy bonito y limpio, la ubicación es perfecta y muy fácil de entrar. Lo recomiendo mucho !!!
